Over the past few days many from outside Assam have asked- why are we crazy for #BelovedZubeen. There is no single answer - but 3 things stand out

👉 His music spoke directly to our emotions and was wide enough to accommodate Assam’s diversity
👉 His bravado was legendary- a born rebel, unapologetic of his opinions.
👉 But above all he was one of the most helpful and kindest souls to walk on this planet.

When it comes to service delivery, @AppleSupport must learn to respect customer sentiments and stop behaving like it's some pompous king sitting on its golden toilet, looking down on everyone.

Maybe learn a bit from @SamsungMobile before it's too late.

Final Update : After getting in touch w/ Samsung service centre & helpline, screen was replaced at 85% discount. Given circumstances that was d best option. Hv to admit d persistent support from Samsung cust care has been very admirable. Thanks @SamsungIndia @SamsungMobile

The way @Apple product n service quality has gone down in last few years is astonishing. Within less than 2 years, the front camera on my iphone 14 pro max has stopped working. Only solution given by @AppleSupport is to repair it for 18k. Never buying another Apple product again

@SamsungIndia @SamsungMobile More than a week since I reported issue reg green line on display but yet to get any confirmation. Why is S22 not covered under free screen replacement while S22 Ultra is? With this standard of customer support i see no reason to stuck with samsung.

@SamsungIndia Woke up this morning to find a vertical green line across my 2 year old S22. I'm aware of the green line issue with other users and the company policy towards it. Please do the needful and let me know the necessary steps for a hassle free repair experience.
