@legendaryburito@sam_gzstrength Why are you bulking at 18-20% bodyfat? You should be cutting to 12-15% then bulking from there unless you did that from the start.
As somebody with no gym that works out from home here’s my favorite ab exercises that actually build muscle. Continue to increase the weight of the dumbbell though.
-Flying V-ups with dumbbell.
-Sit-ups holding a dumbbell.
-Crunches holding a dumbbell.

@lucasdrayton@DeanTTraining Well for other benefits that weren’t listed. You get increased lifespan and better immunity, better sleep, less joint pain, better recovery for muscles and I’m sure there’s even more than that.
@DeanTTraining Gonna try to keep mine showing as long as possible on the bulk. I was gonna delay the bulk but I got too much muscle to put on so no point in delaying it 😂
