@Finnair Bagrepat aero email with a link to track my bag that does not work. I have a dozen emails from multiple parties involved. I was in yesterday when it was supposedly being delivered. The customer journey and clarity of what is going in is extremely poor.
@Finnair still waiting for my luggage that didn’t make it from Helsinki to Manchester. Tracking in the emails from global baggage solutions and local courier isn’t working. Neither do the contact us pages. Poor partners. Poor service.
@northernassist any chance you can get the digital departure boards fixed at Ben Rhydding Station so we can properly see the regular cancellations and late running trains? They have been down for a week.
