Almost every day, I see someone on the TL writing:
“I fumbled X amount of dollars in crypto. I’m not sure if I’ll ever make it back.”
You didn’t fumble.
You were harvested.
Financial markets are one giant battlefield. There are predators, and there are prey.
The longer I am in this space, the more firmly planted I become in my belief that the only way to succeed long-term is to study the Apex Predator.
Learn to think like your enemy so you can move in harmony with them rather than becoming their liquidity.
Here are a few questions I ask every time I examine a potential trade setup:
Who benefits from the current price action?
Where is the largest concentration of prey - liquidations, trapped traders, or obvious positioning?
Is the objective pain, fear, confusion, or euphoria?
If you were the apex predator, where would you strike, and why?
Once a setup passes those initial filters, I run it through an Apex ROI and Narrative Checkpoint:
Capital Extraction Efficiency: Is there enough trapped capital to justify the move?
Narrative Preservation Cost: Would the move damage confidence in the broader bullish or bearish structure?
Cycle Timing Alignment: Does the move support the timing of the next major leg or reversal?
Fresh Capital Magnetism: Would the move attract sidelined capital or repel it?
The goal is not to predict every candle.
The goal is to understand who is hunting, where the prey is gathered, and what outcome extracts the most value while preserving the larger game for the next round of prey to enter.
Stop asking yourself what the market will do.
Start asking what the Apex Predator needs it to do.

Threadguy on why the only edge left is trading your own conviction
"We've reached the point where nobody has a single clue what's going to happen with the AI trade. And as a result you get the whole market whipping around on pure panic, because the price action right now is not real. It's fear, it's everyone following everyone else."
"So the job is simple. Figure out where you stand, stand on it, and trade it regardless of price action. Figure out what you actually believe is going to happen and grip it with both hands, because nobody else has a clue either. That's where the edge is right now."
This line from Atomic Habits isn't ready to leave my head:
"It doesn't make sense to continue wanting something if you're not willing to do what it takes to get it. If you don't want to live the lifestyle, then release yourself from the desire. To crave the result but not the process is to guarantee disappointment."
Love $HYPE
My short position +26%
The HYPE team might fool the crowd, but they can't fool me.
One look at the chart was all it took to figure out their plan.
And I shorted the market while everyone else was FOMO
I ended up making $1.4M off $ANSEM
It's so insane to think about how a memecoin really did end up retiring me at a young age just like how I dreamed it would one day.
31 SOL ($2328) → 18,640 SOL ($1.4M)
500x on just a single coin.. that's all it took 🫡
if your life depends on the privacy of your transactions, never give away the address that starts with 4
generate a new subaddress that starts with 8 and share that since it's statically harder to attempt to track.
most wallets should guide people to do this by default as i've seen plenty sharing their 4 address without even knowing
