Automating the Metro in DC would produce tremendous benefits for whole region, but transit unions don't actually care about quality of transit service.

@wmataGM Please donβt waste the space on the sign with this message, everybody knows fares are required including 100% of the people who donβt pay. This makes it harder to see what bus is coming and is bad UX. Simply have plainclothes fare enforcers fine evaders and kick them off the bus.
