One of my office team - who works part-time - received an aggressive email before 9am from a bid/proposal person chasing for a reply to an email they'd sent her moments before 5pm on Friday. They obviously missed the bit on the #APMP course when I talked about wellbeing.

1/ Use an online calendar. Have a foolproof system of reminders, so you never forget a deadline or obligation.
