My daily breakfast for the past year has been fermented "old rice" (பழைய சோறு in Tamil). I religiously adhere to this diet. I suffered from IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) all life and that is now gone. I also suffer a lot less from allergies. Hope this helps some fellow sufferer.
