Utterly bizarre that politicians who have their meals subsidised by the taxpayer say there is no money to feed hungry kids in schools. Over just 3 years, the public have forked out over £17m to subsidise MPs' meals. There's plenty of money; it's just going to the wrong places.

My number one tip for culture change:
Call out misbehaviour when or immediately after you witness it.
Even when it’s uncomfortable. Especially when it’s uncomfortable.
Bias doesn’t change unless we acknowledge it.
Behaviour doesn’t change unless we challenge it.
Call it out.
