@dlutzy Seems our DR failover of a presentation mid-flight works okay enough. Massive thanks for Dawn Collett's patience and perseverance to deliver a timely reminder that no tool selection can ever hope to defeat Conway's law
@Electrolux charged me $155 to not repair my 10 year old washing machine. The repair person flat out told me motors are not repaired. Told me to buy a new machine. So I investigated myself - $20 carbon brushes were all that was needed
@Electrolux, not replacing carbon brushes is bad policy. It's bad for the planet. It's equivalent to a car company telling me to buy a new car when I've worn the brake pads out. You can do better
Great tech talk from @ps_jay at tonight’s @infracoders meetup. Keeping software dependencies up to date with Renovate Bot at @reecetech. https://t.co/Gs4fCzIBNT

Not only did @DDDPerth offer childcare this year, I can count at least 2 lots of parents with babies sitting at the back with their babies
A+ for making it easier for parents to attend today! #dddperth
