@SapphoSys I started playing CTFs (and wargames) to challenge myself. I had no team and I was not good enough to compete anyway. I just wanted to learn.
This is still possible with @OverTheWireCTF@pwncollege or any CTF on @CTFtime. AI killed competing, not learning.
@zachtheoldham@Shreyassanthu77@AmpCode its good actually, atleast not annoying like in other platforms. Its more related to the dev work I do.
I open the links more often than I intend, to quench my curiosity.
Pls don't make it as smart as opus4.6 :'''
It's like a dumb intern joined by their family recommendation with an exhorbitant stipend.
Opus 4.5 was decent enough with its smaller context.
Rip lil lad
why's everyone so weak? huge teams with llms and the terminal is defeating them, the cli's are tweaking

cURL closing their Hackerone bug bounty program on HackerOne for obvious reasons: death by thousand slops, slop from both humans and AI-assisted submissions.
it is insane to me that companies like HackerOne are still stuck in the past.
why aren't cURL, other companies, and FOSS projects setting up environments modeled on their actual threat scenarios and letting researchers hack until they capture a flag?
what do you care about cURL security? what is the threat model?
you don't want an HTTP request to an untrusted site to result in:
1. a shell on your system
2. info leak
3. DoS that crashes your computer
it is all we really care about. PoC || GTFO.
read the flag, get paid. don't waste a single second reading anything else.
with this you don't even need to spend so much money on running a bug bounty program.
Engineer shows up to standup. Says he's depressed. Says building distributes systems is hard and time consuming. Says he feels all alone in a threatening world where all packages have vulnerabilities and the systems have no reliability. The team at standup says, "Treatment is simple. Great engineer @tekbog is on the timeline tonight. Go and DM him. He should fix all your issues." Man bursts into tears. Says, "But guys...I am @tekbog."
