@virginactiveSA super crappy experience at your Broadacres branch. Was there for almost half an hr in studio 1 (3pm) before moving to mind body because all the cleaning staff (about 8) were screaming at the top of their lungs. Not even my earphones could block them out.

Staff member came in at about 3:30 and nothing changed. More screaming and shouting. Drove 3 of us customers out of the studio. Why do I even have to be telling you about this?

@virginactiveSA I've left. Not going to train feeling this way. Surely it is protocol to actually be at your station 5 minutes before a class is due to start? To set up, to welcome members, ask for injuries. I mean, you know all this already.

@virginactiveSA apparently it changed to 1:30pm on Thursdays but your app says 1pm for today and even next Thursday the 17th.
