అశోక్ నగర్‌లో మేము శాంతియుతంగా నిరసన చేస్తే, పోలీసులు అరెస్ట్ చేసి అర్ధరాత్రి రోడ్ల మీద తిప్పారు.

పోలీసులు కాంగ్రెస్ కార్యకర్తలలా వ్యవహరిస్తున్నారు.

కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ అధికారంలోకి రావడానికి మేము శాయశక్తులా పని చేస్తే ఇప్పుడు అధికారంలోకి వచ్చాక మాపై కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ చూపించే కృతజ్ఞత ఇదా?

రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం తెచ్చిన జీవో 29 కు వ్యతిరేకంగా గతకొద్ది నెలలుగా గ్రూప్ 1 అభ్యర్థులతో పాటు చాలామంది ఆందోళన చేస్తున్నా ఒక్క మెయిన్ స్ట్రీమ్ మీడియా కూడా స్పందించలేదు.సమస్యను వివరించలేదు. కొందరు విశ్లేషకులు రాసినా ప్రచురించలేదు. దిశ కథనం ప్రకారం ప్రభుత్వం ఇచ్చిన జీవో వారికే అర్థం కాలేదు. కోర్టులకు కూడా జీవో ఆంతర్యం బోధపడలేదు. ఫలితంగా ఈ గందరగోళం.
ఈ జీవో మూలంగా మెరిట్ కలిగిన బీసీ,ఎస్సీ, ఎస్టీ లకు, మొత్తంగా రాజ్యాంగ బద్దంగా రిజర్వేషన్ లు పొందుతున్న అభ్యర్థులకు నష్టం కలుగుతుంది అనేది వాస్తవం. ఎలాగంటే దీని ప్రకారం అభ్యర్థి మెరిట్ తో, మార్కులతో, ర్యాంక్ తో సంబంధం లేకుండా కేవలం కులం ఆధారంగానే అభ్యర్థులను గుర్తించడం, ఈ జీవో ను అనుసరించి ఫైనల్ అండ్ మెయిన్స్ పరీక్షకు అభ్యర్థి సాధించిన మెరిట్ ప్రమేయం లేకుండా కేవలం కులం, జెండర్ తదితర అంశాల ప్రాతిపదికనే ఎంపికచేశారు. దానివల్ల రిజర్వేషన్ ద్వారా లబ్ధి పొందే వారికి నష్టం జరిగిందని, పోటీకి ఎంపిక కావలసిన నిష్పత్తిని మించి అగ్రకులాల వారికి లబ్ధి జరిగిందని వస్తున్న విమర్శల్లో హేతుబద్ధత ఉంది. ఎలాగంటే ఏ పోటీ పరీక్ష అయినా మెరిట్ కమ్ రిజర్వేషన్ ఆధారంగా మాత్రమే జరుగుతుంది. అందుకే ప్రతి స్థాయిలో కూడా అభ్యర్థుల ఎంపికలో ఈ రెండు ప్రాతిపదికలు ఆధారంగానే అభ్యర్థుల వడపోత జరుగుతుంది. పాత జీవో 55 ఇదే పద్ధతిలో అన్ని స్థాయిల్లో ప్రాథమిక, అంతిమ పరీక్షల్లో అభ్యర్థులను మెరిట్ కమ్ రిజర్వేషన్ల ప్రాతిపదికన ఎంపిక చేసేది. ఎప్పుడైనా ఎంపిక రెండు దశల్లో ఉంటుంది అందులో ఒకటి మెరిట్ అంటే కేవలం మార్కుల ఆధారంగా, దీనిని మనం ఓపెన్ కంపిటేషన్ అంటున్నాం, మాములు పరిభాషలో OC లు. రెండోది రిజర్వేషన్ లు, ఇప్పుడున్న రిజర్వేషన్ విధానంలో EWS కలిపి 60 శాతం వదిలేసి మిగితా 40 శాతం అభ్యర్థులను OC లు గా పరిగణించి కేవలం మార్కుల ఆధారంగా ఎంపిక చేస్తారు.
ఉదాహరణకు వంద ఉద్యోగాలకు పరీక్ష నిర్వహిస్తే 1:50 ప్రకారం 5000 మందిని పరీక్షలో ఉత్తీర్ణులైన వారిని మెయిన్ పరీక్షకు పిలవాలి. ఈ వంద ఉద్యోగాల లో 40 ఓపెన్ కోటా ఉద్యోగాలకు కావాల్సిన 2000 మంది అభ్యర్థులను మెరిట్ ఆధారంగా పరీక్షకు పిలుస్తారు. అందులో ఎక్కువ మార్కులు లేదా కట్- ఆఫ్ కు పైన ఉన్న అందరూ ఉంటారు. వారి కులం, జెండర్ ఇతర స్టేటస్ లతో సంబంధం లేదు. సాధారణంగా ఏ పరీక్షలో అయినా ఈ ప్రతిభా వంతులలో 80 శాతం పైగా BC SC ST లు ఉంటుంటారు. ఇదే ఉదాహరణతో విశ్లేషిస్తే దాదాపు 40 మందిలో 30-35 మంది దాకా ఈ వర్గాల నుంచి ఎంపిక అవుతారు. ఆ తరువాత రిజర్వేషన్లలో 50 శాతం BC SC ST లు ఉన్నందున 2500 మందిని ఓపెన్ కేటగిరీ కంటే దిగువన ఉన్న వారిని ఎంపిక చేస్తారు అలాగే10 శాయమంటే 500 మందిని అగ్రవర్ణ పేదలను ఎంపిక చేస్తారు. పాత పద్ధతిలో ఈ ప్రాతిపదికను పాటించే రావారు. అలా చేయడం వల్ల మెరిట్, రిజర్వేషన్ రెండింటిలో వెనుకబడిన వర్గాలవారికి న్యాయబద్ధమైన వాటా దక్కేది. ఇప్పుడు తెచ్చిన కొత్త జీవో మూలంగా మెరిట్ పరిగణన లోకి రాక రిజర్వేషన్లలో రావాల్సిన వారికి అవకాశం లేకుండా పోయింది. అలాగే ప్రతిభా వంతులైన వారిని కూడా కులం కోటాలో లెక్కించడం వల్ల వారి స్థానంలో అగ్రకులాలకు ఆయాచిత అవకాశం వచ్చిందని ఆవేదన వ్యక్తమవుతోంది. ఇది రిజర్వేషన్ల స్ఫూర్తికి, రాజ్యాంగ లక్ష్యానికి విరుద్ధం అని అభ్యర్థులు అంటున్నారు. అందులో వాస్తవం ఉంది. ఇప్పుడు దాదాపుగా ఈ వంద మందిలో EWS తో కలిపితే 60 శాతం మంది అగ్రకులాల వాళ్ళు మెయిన్స్ రాస్తారు. మిగితా 90 శాతం మంది (BC SC స్ట్ లు)40 శాతంలో ఉంటారు. ఇదే అభ్యర్థుల ఆందోళన. ఈ విషయాన్ని ఉద్యమం ప్రభుత్వానికి అర్థం చేయించలేక పోయింది. ఎప్పుడైనా సరే వినడానికి సిద్ధంగా ఉంటే తప్ప చెప్పేవిషయం అర్థం కాదు. జీవో జారీ చేసిన అధికారులకంటే ముందే నిరుద్యోగులకే ఈ జీవో అర్థమయ్యింది. ఎస్సీ ఎస్టీ బీసీలకు అర్థమయ్యింది. అర్థం కానిదల్లా ప్రభుత్వానికే.!
విచిత్రం ఏమంటే ఫైనల్ సెలెక్షన్లో రోస్టర్ పాటిస్తాం అంటున్నారు. దళిత బహుజన వర్గాలను మెరిట్ గుర్తించకుండా వారిని కులం కోటాకు పరిమితం చేసి, పోటీని పరిమితంచేసి రేపు ఫైనల్ లో కోటా పాటిస్తామంటే ఎట్లా? ఇదెక్కడి న్యాయం అన్నది బాధితుల ప్రశ్న.

We urge the people of Maharashtra and Jharkhand not to vote for the Congress Party, as they are against the rule of reservation. The voice of SC/ST/BC communities has been ruthlessly suppressed by police force. Please do not fall into their trap; their leaders @RahulGandhi talk about "Mohabbat ki Dukan" and "Samvidhan," but in reality, it’s completely different.

To the SC/ST/BC MLAs and MPs of Telangana shame on all of you for your silence on GO29.

This GO29 will serve as a catalyst for the Reservation Movement in Telangana.

తెలంగాణలో ఓపెన్ కేటగిరీ పోస్టులను కేవలం అగ్రవర్ణాల్లో కొందరికే పరిమితం చేయడానికి @revanth_anumula ప్రభుత్వం తీసుకొచ్చిన చీకటి GO 29 కి వ్యతిరేకంగా వేలాదిమంది నిరుద్యోగ బిడ్డల తరపున పోరాడుతున్నందుకు సంతృప్తి గా ఉంది. గత కేసీఆర్ ప్రభుత్వం తీసుకొచ్చిన జీవో 55 ఈ రోజు ఉండి ఉంటే నా నాలాగా ఎంతో మంది పేద బిడ్డలు IAS/IPS /IFS లు అయ్యేవారు. ఈ రోజు వారికి శాశ్వతంగా తలుపులు మూసి వెలివాడలకే పరిమితం చేసిండ్రు కాంగీయులు.

Felt it as a moral responsibility today to lead thousands of unemployed youth whose future is in peril because of unconstitutional GO 29 in Telangana which says open category posts are not meant for SC/ST/OBC. It’s a conspiracy to reserve the open category posts only to rich among upper castes and cronies. Yesterday @BRSparty gave moral support to unemployed youth to approach the hon’ble Supreme Court of India to stop this blatant violation of constitution.

We won’t give up till the end. @TelanganaCMO are you listening?
