Just finished watching #TheCrowdedRoom and the mothers monologue at the end hit me hard. In some ways, Candy felt like my own mum and she was speaking to me. Not asking for forgiveness or justifying her actions but instead saying sorry.

#TheCrowdedRoom is an interesting show. It’s definitely not a good representation of the disorder(s) but for us, Dannys inner world workings and the way his system works is a little similar to ours and it’s weird watching it and going ‘oh, that’s like us!’

@Nates_Genesis I use to do that all the time when I first found out about the system and it caused a lot of problems for us. I was scared and alone so I use to force or fake switches until it happened and it made the system be very disconnected and distant with me

First week of work completed ✌️ I have a feeling we switched a few times to cope with the stress and pressure but i don’t think it was very noticeable. We’ve worked hard to function like this& I enjoy the alone time but the rare occasion I hear one of my headmates, it helps.
