Founder @HeyCapVC - The Venture OS π§’ VC Investor @AventuresFund πΈ Exit'ed 2 startups before age 25 π¨βπ» On a mission to empower fund managers with tech π‘
Waving goodbye π to *vibe-based* investment decisions will be easier than ever β we promise!
Cap's automated and customizable due diligence based on DATA is currently under development!π οΈ π’
Thanks for memes @TradedVC#DueDiligence#DataDriven#VentureCapital#CapVentureOS
As a founder, there are only 3 things you should be focused on and be doing:
Be Building. π¨
Be Selling. π°
Be Healthy. π§π»
Everything else is a side quest.
The co-pilot for VCs. This will (seriously) revamp the way VCs work with deals and portfolio companies. Iβve been testing it and I already love it. β€οΈ π₯ β‘ @heycapvc
Our early beta of our new @heycapvc Companion App for Mac/Windows is rolling out to the VC funds in our pilot program.
This gives them the option to retrieve all their data and knowledge by using a keyboard shortcut so they can:
π Co-write investment memos in Notion, Google Docs, Word, and more.
π Draft an email to founders in Gmail.
π Update a spreadsheet with that investment amount or % ownership you always forget.
π€ Be quickly reminded "How much capital did that company raise".
β Find answers about a company, person, investor and even do research and analysis.
And so much more is coming soon.
So we launched @heycapvc and...
π₯ BOOM! π₯ Nearly 100 venture funds signed up overnight. π€― I took a closer look at our signups:
The investors who signed up represent at least a whopping $80 billion in assets under management and 7,000 startup investments - all just waiting to see what Cap can do. And let me tell you... it's going to be HUGE. πͺ
Now we're hustling to get our AI-powered tools for VCs out to our growing waitlist β deal flow management is up first, with some portfolio management magic right behind it. I'll share some more in the next few weeks.
This ride is just getting started π’
Without metrics, there's no telling how your team is doing π
But in the venture industry, it seems that tracking these metrics is almost non-existent.
Here's my take on why (and why I was compelled to build Cerebro) β
Getting a notification on Slack whenever a customer signs up for your startup's waitlist is incredibly satisfying.π€ͺ
Probably the only notification I actually like. Keep 'em coming! π
#startuplife
Sooooβ¦ the first 24 hours of our launch of @heycapvc were preeeeetty crazy π€―ππ
100 VC funds have already signed up for our waitlist for the #VentureOS
Disruption of venture capital is definitely overdue! πͺ
Imagine you had the opportunity to rethink and redesign every single aspect, mechanism, and tool of the venture ecosystem. Thatβs what we are doing.

We are proud to introduce The Venture OS π
From coding at a young age to leading my own tech startup as a CEO, to becoming an investor, LP, and advisor for other startups and VCs.
Leading a VC fund opened my eyes to the outdated and inefficient processes that dominate this space.
I've always been driven to fix what's broken and the venture industry is way overdue for new ideas and disruption. π‘
It's time to fix the inefficiencies in an industry that's ironically preaching innovation yet being stuck in the past. π€¦ββοΈπ
No matter how I look at it, the way the industry operates is old-school and inefficient, at best. At worst, itβs completely broken.
It's time for a change! π
