தமிழக அரசு கலை மற்றும் அறிவியல் கல்லூரிகளில், 2,708 உதவி பேராசிரியர் பணியிடங்களை நிரப்புவதற்காக, ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரியம், கடந்த 2025 ஆம் ஆண்டு டிசம்பர் 27 அன்று போட்டித் தேர்வை நடத்தியது. சுமார் 42,000 தேர்வாளர்கள் பங்கேற்ற இந்தத் தேர்வுகள், 48 பாடப்பிரிவுகளுக்கு நடைபெற்றன. கடந்த 25.06.2026 அன்று வெளியிடப்பட்ட இந்தத் தேர்வுகளின் முடிவுகள், பல குழப்பங்களையும், சந்தேகங்களையும் எழுப்பியுள்ளன.

பாடப்பிரிவுகளுக்கு 150 மதிப்பெண்களுக்கான தேர்வும், விளக்கவுரைக்கு (Descriptive) 50 மதிப்பெண்களுக்கான தேர்வும் நடைமுறைப்படி நடத்தப்பட்டுள்ளன. இந்த நிலையில், தமிழ்த் துறையில், 150 மதிப்பெண்களுக்கு 111 மதிப்பெண் பெற்று முதலிடம் பிடித்த தேர்வாளருக்கு, விளக்கவுரை தேர்வில், பூஜ்ஜியம் மதிப்பெண்கள் மட்டுமே வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இதே போல, கணினி அறிவியல் துறையில் 107/150 மதிப்பெண்கள் பெற்றவருக்கு, விளக்கவுரை தேர்வில், 1/50 மட்டுமே கிடைத்திருக்கிறது. அதே நேரத்தில், இயற்பியல் பாடப்பிரிவில், 54/150 பெற்றவர், விளக்கவுரை தேர்வில், 49/50 பெற்றிருக்கிறார்.

இப்படி, மொத்தம் 43 பாடப்பிரிவுகளில், பாட மதிப்பெண் அதிகம் பெற்றவர்களுக்கு, விளக்கவுரை தேர்வில் மிகக் குறைந்த மதிப்பெண்ணும், பாட மதிப்பெண் குறைவாகப் பெற்றவர்களுக்கு, விளக்கவுரை தேர்வில் மிக அதிக மதிப்பெண்களும் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது பல கேள்விகளை எழுப்பியிருக்கிறது. மேலும், விளக்கவுரை மதிப்பெண்களில், 8.25, 24.75 என தசம, எண்ணிலான மதிப்பெண்கள் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. இது எப்படி சாத்தியம் என்ற கேள்வியும், தேர்வாளர்கள் மத்தியில் எழுந்துள்ளது. இப்படி, தேர்வு மதிப்பீட்டு முறையின் குழப்பத்தால், பல தேர்வாளர்களின் தரவரிசையில், பல நூறு இடங்கள் மாற்றம் ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது. மேலும், இந்த மதிப்பீட்டு முறையின் வெளிப்படைத் தன்மை குறித்தும், நம்பகத்தன்மை குறித்தும் பெரும் சந்தேகம் எழுந்துள்ளது.

உதவிப் பேராசிரியர் பணிக்காக, தமிழக இளைஞர்கள் பல ஆண்டுகளாக தங்கள் கடுமையான உழைப்பை வழங்கியிருக்கிறார்கள். தேர்வு மதிப்பீட்டில் இத்தனை குழப்பங்கள் ஏற்புடையது அல்ல. எனவே, இந்த விளக்கவுரை (Descriptive) தேர்வு மதிப்பீடு முறையை ஆய்வுக்குள்ளாக்க வேண்டும் என்றும், இந்தத் தேர்வை முழுமையாக மறு மதிப்பீடு செய்ய வேண்டும் என்றும், தமிழக அரசை வலியுறுத்துகிறேன். மேலும், கடந்த 2024 ஆம் ஆண்டு வெளியிடப்பட்ட அரசாணையில், 4000 உதவிப் பேராசிரியர் பணியிடங்களை நிரப்ப உத்தரவு பிறப்பிக்கப்பட்டது. ஆனால், 2708 பணியிடங்களுக்கு மட்டுமே தேர்வு நடைபெற்றுள்ளது. மாண்புமிகு சென்னை உயர்நீதிமன்றம், கடந்த மே மாதம், 4000 பணியிடங்களையும் ஆறு மாதங்களில் நிரப்ப உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது. எனவே, மீதமுள்ள பணியிடங்களையும் நிரப்ப தமிழக அரசு உடனடியாக நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும் என்றும் கேட்டுக் கொள்கிறேன்.

தமிழகத்தைச் சேர்ந்த மூன்று தனியார் மருத்துவக் கல்லூரிகள், நிகர்நிலைப் பல்கலைக்கழக அந்தஸ்து பெற்ற விவகாரத்தில், மாணவர்களின் பாதிப்பு குறித்து நாங்கள் குறிப்பிட்ட அதே தகவல்களை, இன்று தமிழக சுகாதாரத்துறை அமைச்சர் அவர்களும் கூறியிருக்கிறார். எங்கள் சந்தேகத்தை உறுதிப்படுத்தியதற்கு அவருக்கு நன்றி. மேலும், தமிழக அரசு நீதிமன்றத்தை அணுக உள்ளதாக அறிவித்திருப்பது வரவேற்கத்தக்கது.

ஆனால், இந்த விவகாரத்தின் மிக முக்கியமான கேள்விக்கு அமைச்சர் இன்னும் பதிலளிக்கவில்லை. தமிழ்நாடு டாக்டர் எம்.ஜி.ஆர். மருத்துவப் பல்கலைக்கழகம் தடையில்லாச் சான்றிதழ் (NOC) வழங்கவில்லை என்று கூறியுள்ள நிலையில், பல்கலைக்கழக மானியக் குழு விதிகளின்படி 60 நாட்களுக்குள் தேவையான நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்படாதது ஏன்? அந்த நிர்வாகத் தவறுக்கு யார் பொறுப்பு? எந்த அலுவலர்கள் அல்லது அதிகாரிகள் தங்களின் கடமையைச் செய்யத் தவறினர்? இது வெறும் அலட்சியமா, அல்லது வேண்டுமென்றே செய்த நிர்வாகப் பிழையா? யாருடைய அழுத்தத்தின் காரணமாக இது நடந்தது?

இந்தக் கேள்விகளுக்கு தமிழக வெற்றிக் கழக அரசு தெளிவான பதிலை வழங்க வேண்டும். நீதிமன்றத்தில் வழக்குத் தொடர்வது மட்டுமே போதாது. இந்த அலட்சியத்தால் மாநில ஒதுக்கீட்டில் 650 மருத்துவ இடங்கள் பாதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. குறிப்பாக 7.5% உள் ஒதுக்கீட்டின் கீழ் மருத்துவக் கல்விக் கனவுடன் இருக்கும் ஏழை, எளிய அரசுப் பள்ளி மாணவர்கள் நேரடியாக பாதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளனர்.

எனவே, இந்த விவகாரத்தில் முழுமையான விசாரணை நடத்தி, தவறுக்கு காரணமானவர்கள் யார் என்பதை வெளிப்படையாகக் கண்டறிந்து, அவர்கள் எந்தப் பொறுப்பில் இருந்தாலும் கடுமையான நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும். ஆயிரக்கணக்கான மாணவர்களின் எதிர்காலத்தை பாதித்த இந்த விவகாரத்தை, தவறுக்குக் காரணமானவர்கள் மீது நடவடிக்கை எடுக்காமல் கடந்து செல்ல முடியாது.

This comes as a shocker, as three previously affiliated colleges of The Tamil Nadu Dr MGR Medical University have received deemed university status, which will lead to a reduction of 650 medical seats in this admission year. This will directly impact the admission of students selected under the 7.5% reservation for government school students, and the fee expected to be paid by students admitted to these colleges will be quadrupled, at the least.

The three colleges that have now been granted Deemed University status are St. Peter’s Medical College (250 seats) and Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan Institute of Medical Sciences & Srinivasan Medical College (400 seats). As for who owns and controls these institutions, that is hardly a secret; it is already in the public domain.

The Tamil Nadu Dr MGR Medical University has clarified that it has not issued an NOC to either of these colleges to apply for deemed university status. However, it is also clarified that the refusal letter issued to St. Peter’s Medical College is currently being contested in court.

The UGC (Institutions Deemed to be Universities) Regulations, 2022, in point number 5.02(i) and 5.02 (ii) clearly state that the University Grants Commission will presume that the State Government has no objection to the issuance of deemed university status if the affiliating university (in this case The Tamil Nadu Dr MGR Medical University) does not object within a window of 60 days and it will presume that the university had no objection for issuance of deemed university status.

The Tamil Nadu Dr MGR Medical University has clarified that they did not issue a NOC to Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan Institute of Medical Sciences and Srinivasan Medical College.

Hence, a pertinent question arises. Did the previous DMK Govt deliberately ignore the application filed by Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan Institute of Medical Sciences and Srinivasan Medical College and wait for the 60-day window to close?

I urge the TVK Govt to conduct a detailed probe into this matter and ensure that those responsible for this gross wilful negligence be punished. The future of aspiring medical students cannot be made collateral damage by administrative apathy or wilful political negligence. Their dreams of pursuing affordable medical education must not be stalled or sacrificed because those in power fail to act in time.

சென்னை புளியந்தோப்பு KP Park பகுதியில் குடியிருந்த மக்களுக்கு புதிதாக வீடு கட்டித் தருகிறோம் என்று வெளியேற்றி அங்கே ஒரு மோசமான கட்டிடத்தை அதிமுக ஆட்சிக்காலத்தில் கட்டுகிறார்கள். எந்த அளவிற்கு மோசம் என்றால் நீங்கள் அந்த கட்டிட சுவர்களை தொட்டாலே அதன் பூச்சுவேலை கையோடு வந்துவிடும் அளவிற்கு மோசம். காரணம் வழக்கமாக ஒரு மூட்டை சிமெண்ட் மற்றும் 5 மூட்டை மணல் கலந்து தயாரிக்கும் கலவையை 15 மூட்டை மணல் கலந்து தயாரித்துள்ளார்கள். திமுக ஆட்சியில் இந்த கட்டிடத்தை மக்கள் பயன்பாட்டிற்கு கொடுத்த பிறகு தான் இந்த மோசடியே வெளிச்சத்திற்கு வருகிறது.

மக்களின் புகார்களை அடுத்து அங்கே சென்று பார்வையிட்ட முன்னாள் திமுக அமைச்சர்கள் அன்பரசன் மற்றும் சேகர் பாபு ஆகியோர் ஐஐடி அறிக்கை கேட்டுள்ளோம். அந்த அறிக்கை வந்தவுடன் குற்றவாளிகள் மீது கடும் நடவடிக்கை எடுப்போம் என்று வீர வசனம் பேசி செல்கிறார்கள். ஐஐடி அறிக்கையும் வருகிறது. கட்டுமானத்தில் சீலிங் பூச்சுவேலை 95% தரமற்றது எனவும், சுவர் பூச்சுவேலை 89% தரமற்றது எனவும் அறிக்கை அளிக்கிறார்கள். ஆனால் அந்த அறிக்கை பற்றியே வாய் திறக்காமல், மோசடி செய்த ஒப்பந்ததாரர், மோசடியை தடுக்க தவறிய அரசு ஊழியர்கள் மற்றும் அந்த கட்டுமானத்திற்கு டெண்டர் செட்டிங் செய்து சந்தை விலையை விட மிக அதிக விலைக்கு கொடுக்க காரணமான அன்றைய ஆளுங்கட்சியினர் என அனைவரையும் காப்பாற்ற திமுக அரசு முழு முயற்சி எடுத்தது.

இந்த மோசடி குறித்து அறப்போர் கொடுத்த புகாரில் முகாந்திரம் இருப்பதாக சொல்லி, இந்த புகாரில் FIR போட்டு விசாரிக்க அனுமதி கேட்டு லஞ்ச ஒழிப்புத்துறை திமுக அரசிடம் வைத்த கோரிக்கையை இழுத்தடித்து ஆட்சி முடியும் வரை அனுமதியே கொடுக்காமல் சென்று விட்டார் முன்னாள் முதல்வர் ஸ்டாலின். இந்த மோசடியை அரங்கேற்றிய PST நிறுவனத்திற்கு சிறப்பாக பணி செய்ததற்காக 90 லட்சம் போனஸ் கொடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது என்பது கூடுதல் தகவல். இந்த போனஸ் கொடுக்கும் போது TNUHDB செயலாளராக இருந்த கார்த்திகேயன் IAS, திமுக ஆட்சியில் உயர் பதவியில் பணிபுரிந்தார் என்பதும், இந்த கட்டிடத்தை கட்டும் போது TNUHDB அமைச்சராக இருந்த பன்னீர்செல்வம் திமுகவில் இணைந்து MLA ஆகிவிட்டார் என்பதும் சிறப்பு தகவல். இவர்களுக்காக தான் திமுக அரசு FIR போடாமல் இழுத்தடித்ததா என்பதை இன்றைய TVK அரசு தான் கண்டுபிடிக்க வேண்டும்.

தங்களுக்கு முன்பாகவே பாஜகவில் எந்த எதிர்பார்ப்பும் இன்றி, ஒரே இயக்கத்தில் பயணிப்பவன் என்பதால் சில கேள்விகள் என் மனதில் எழுகின்றன.

தங்களின் கடிதத்தில் அரசியல் நாகரிகம், வெறுப்பற்ற மொழி, பண்பட்ட அரசியல் ஆகியவற்றின் அவசியத்தை வலியுறுத்தியிருப்பது வரவேற்கத்தக்கது. எந்த அரசியல் இயக்கமும் இத்தகைய மதிப்பீடுகளை மறுக்க முடியாது.

ஆனால், ஒரு சிறிய கேள்வி.

இந்த அறிவுரைகள் அண்ணாமலை ஆதரவாளர்களுக்கு மட்டும்தானா? அல்லது தமிழக பாஜகவில் பதவி மற்றும் பொறுப்பில் இருக்கும் அனைவருக்கும் பொருந்துமா?

ஏனெனில், கடந்த சில மாதங்களாக அண்ணாமலையை தனிப்பட்ட முறையில் விமர்சித்து, அவமதித்து, சமூக வலைதளங்களில் தாக்கியவர்கள் சாதாரண ஆதரவாளர்கள் மட்டும் அல்ல; கட்சிப் பொறுப்பில் இருப்பவர்களும், முன்னாள் நிர்வாகிகளும்தான். அவர்களைப் பற்றி உங்கள் கடிதத்தில் ஒரு வரிகூட இடம்பெறாதது கவனிக்கத்தக்கது.

தாங்கள் கூறுவதுபோல், "ஒரு தலைவரின் அரசியல் பண்பாட்டை அவரது ஆதரவாளர்களின் மொழியே வெளிப்படுத்துகிறது" என்றால், அந்த அளவுகோல் அனைவருக்கும் சமமாகப் பொருந்த வேண்டும்; குறிப்பிட்ட சிலருக்கு மட்டும் அல்ல.

தங்களின் அரசியல் அனுபவமிக்கது குறுகிய காலத்திலேயே பல்வேறு பயணங்களைக் கண்டுள்ளது. எனவே, கொள்கை, தலைமை, நாகரிகம், பண்பாடு, குணநலன், நம்பிக்கை, நிலைத்தன்மை ஆகியவற்றைப் பற்றி பேசும்போது, அதே அளவிலான சுயபரிசோதனையும் பிரதிபலித்தால், அந்தக் கருத்துகளுக்கு மதிப்பு சேர்க்கும்.

கடிதங்கள் கருத்துகளை எழுதலாம்; வரலாற்றை அல்ல. வரலாற்றை எழுதுவது மாறாத கொள்கையும், நேர்மையான நிலைப்பாடும்தான்.

Party Fund விஜயபாஸ்கர்

👉சுகாதாரத்துறை அமைச்சராக இருந்த பொழுது மாதா மாதம் MDM குட்காவிடம் ரூ 14 லட்சம் லஞ்சம் (party fund) வாங்கினார். CBI குற்றப்பத்திரிக்கை தாக்கல் செய்துள்ளது.

👉தமிழ்நாடு லஞ்ச ஒழிப்புத்துறை ரூபாய் 35 கோடி அளவில் இவர் மீது வருமானத்துக்கு அதிகமான சொத்து குவித்துள்ளார் என்று குற்றப்பத்திரிக்கை தாக்கல் செய்துள்ளது.

👉இவருடைய நிலத்தில் அனுமதிக்கப்பட்ட அளவைவிட பல மடங்கு கனிம வள கொள்ளை செய்துள்ளார் என்று வருமான வரித்துறை கண்டுபிடித்துள்ளது.

👉சேகர் ரெட்டியின் SRS மைனிங் நிறுவனத்திடம் இருந்து மட்டும் விஜயபாஸ்கர் 85 கோடி பணம் பெற்றார் என்று வருமான வரித்துறை உயர் நீதிமன்றத்தில் தெரிவித்துள்ளது.

👉RK நகர் இடைத்தேர்தலில் பணப்பட்டுவாடா சம்பந்தமான ஆவணங்கள் இவர் சம்பந்தமான இடத்தில் தான் பிடிபட்டது. கோடிக்கணக்கான ரூபாய் கொடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது என்று அந்த தேர்தலில் ரத்து செய்யப்பட்ட அறிக்கைகளில் கூட இவர் தான் அதில் முக்கிய காரணியாக குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ளார்.

The news that the death toll in the Ammonia gas tragedy in a pvt company in Thiruvallur has increased to 17 is deeply disturbing. All the deceased are women and were migrant guest workers from North India.

The TN government has given Compensation of Rs. 2 lakh to the next of kin of the deceased. How is this sufficient & justified? Odisha government has given Rs. 10 Lakh as compensation to the victim. The Odisha government also facilitated the return of those migrant guest workers who were discharged after the treatment. While the State Govt arranged safe passage of the deceased, how did the State administration forget the plight of those who were discharged from hospitals, waiting to return home?

The tragic loss of lives in the Ammonia gas tragedy in the private export firm in Thiruvallur also raises a lot of questions;

1)The first & foremost being the absence of the implementation of the 1979 Inter-State Migrant Workmen Act. Principal employers of establishments that employ five or more inter-state migrant workers must be registered under the Act. However, this accident and many earlier incidents have only shown that this Act is not implemented in Tamil Nadu and that no registry is being maintained.

Whenever a crime happens that involves a migrant guest worker from North India, a bunch of innocent migrant guest workers from North India are rounded up for enquiry, as there are no ways and means for the Police Department to narrow it down due to lack of registry.

However, after we pointed it out recently, we understand that the TVK Govt has begun enforcing this Act, at least in parts, if not in full. We trust that the State Govt takes the recent accidents/incidents seriously and enforces the availability of the register of migrant guest workers across all districts. TN State Govt could draw inspiration from the Athidhi app developed by Kerala for registering migrant guest workers and to ensure their welfare.

Even in the Thiruvallur ammonia gas tragedy, it was learnt that there was difficulty in establishing the actual identity of one of the deceased women, who carried a forged Aadhaar card to secure employment. This shows the inefficiency of the functioning of the inter-state migrant workers portal launched by TN Govt in 2023.

2)The welfare board for migrant guest workers is basically non-existent and needs to be established, strengthened and should be used to address the concerns of the migrant guest workers.

Tamil Nadu has today fallen below the replacement level, with a fertility rate of 1.3. To build the State’s infrastructure and work in industrial & commercial establishments across the State, we depend on the hard work of our migrant guest workers. Hence, it is important that we focus on their state of living, as most of the migrant guest workers are compelled to live in appalling conditions and have no place to complain, and their voices are never heard.

3)It is not just the duty of the welfare board but also the duty of the Department of Industrial Safety & Health (DISH) of the state government of Tamil Nadu. Even after a catastrophe that led to the death of 17 workers due to an ammonia gas leak, there seems to be no accountability taken by this department. It is time for “Transparency”. DISH should have made public their most recent inspection of this factory and any observations they made.

The factory in which these migrant guest workers suffered had accommodations within the place of work, surrounded by hazardous pipelines. How was this even allowed?

I demand that appropriate compensation be disbursed to the victims, that the 1979 Inter-State Migrant Workmen Act be enforced in both letter & spirit, and that transparency be brought by the Ministry of Labour of the TN State Govt on the functioning of the DISH & they also be made accountable, including the owners of the establishment, for deliberately ignoring the hazardous living conditions of the migrant guest workers.

Thiru TR Baalu filed a defamation case against me for publishing the assets/companies owned by him and his family through DMK Files & he had sought ₹100 Crores in damages.

As you all know, after a certain time period in the trial, I argued my own case and personally cross-examined him, and the details of which are in the public domain.

Also, during one of the cross-examinations, Thiru TR Baalu made defamatory remarks against me without substance in the court, and I had filed a case against him in the same court for making those allegations within the court premise.

Today, Thiru TR Baalu, out of his own wishes, decided to withdraw the defamation case filed against me by him. He filed the defamation case against me; to carry it further or not was his decision & not mine.

I wish to inform all concerned that I continue to stand by every single remark that I had made against the previous DMK govt and certain members of the DMK party till now.

I wish to thank Adv. Paul Kanagaraj, Adv. Kumaraguru and all members of the BJP legal team for their support during the trial of this case.

The Directorate of Vigilance and Anti-Corruption (DVAC), under the direction of the TVK Govt, had filed an FIR & conducted a raid yesterday at the residence and other premises associated with former DMK Minister Thiru E.V. Velu avl in connection with alleged irregularities in the execution of road contracts awarded in 2022.

I welcome the TVK Govt's efforts to investigate allegations of corruption from the previous DMK regime. I sincerely hope that the TVK Govt ensures a swift conclusion to these cases, and that anyone found guilty is held accountable in accordance with the law.

While we are on this subject, I urge the TVK Govt to look into the following scams that were exposed over the past 5 years, order an enquiry, and take action accordingly. Naming a few to begin with.

1.BGR Energy Scam – Flouting rules, re-awarding a contract, and later cancelling it after being exposed.
2.Nutrition Kit Scam – Procurement of Health Mix from private vendors at an inflated price despite Aavin coming forward to manufacture it.
3.Pongal Dhoti Scam – Use of excess polyester instead of cotton, and proofs of which were submitted to DVAC.
4.Multiple scams in the State Transport Department – Procurement of Reflective & Rear Marking Plates and much more.
5.TNMSC Scam – Procurement of Pesticides
6.MGNREGA Scam

We also hope the TVK Govt finds the time to solve a long-pending mystery. For years, we have been asking about the rather curious coincidence of Thiru Udhayanidhi Stalin avl's fan club and Noble Steels operating from the very same address, and about Noble Steels' announcement of a ₹1,000 crore investment in Tamil Nadu soon after former Chief Minister Thiru M.K. Stalin's visit to Dubai (that investment remains an announcement, is a topic for another day).
