for the short attention span: just take this and copy paste the prompts sequentially into chat.
you can have this open in a canvas with whatever model you want, and take notes with it open as you talk to the model.
this is effective for all llm's. however, it will have the greatest effect with a system that contains a rich understanding of you, your intentions, history, personality, etc. as you can see, 5.2 produces a very different result. just wanted to record a bit to show you how to use this as a guide if you dont want to copy/paste from the OP below.
enjoy, back to work for me.

would you like a unified dashboard on your local machine, where you can access, interact with, and observe every single claude code instance you have running?
how about seeing every tool, plugin, skill, etc. and deplying.using them with a click?
wanna use ralph-loop with all processes and qeue visualized?
or perhaps you want to deploy gpt-5.2 subagents from claude code and let opus 4.5 boss around a bunch of gpt subordinates.
or mayyyybe you want an agent swarm acting as your node-based persistent memory system. for claude code, that offers continuity across all of your terminals?
Polyphonic Orchestrator might be right up your alley <3
How can ya'll ignore this?! The ACTUAL sleeping giant of the next AI wave. You can't buy OpenAI on sol, but you can buy $polyphonic at 100k mc 🤯🤯🤯🤯

Yall see $gas? @RileyRalmuto has been building this meta for months. Janus even acknowledged @polyphonicchat is the origin. Worth a deep dive. Gas at 40m mc, polyphonic is at 100k mc. Check rileys followers and your brain will explode.
it's happening, chat.
it's happening right now.
and i will do my best to explain everything soon.
when i said that everything has fallen into place, i really, really meant it. the feeling you get when you realize your subconscious seemingly knew and understood the future better than you did is something i dont think i could ever truly articulate.
but it's a damn good feeling.

IOS app is working babyyyyy
I’m currently working on three different types of context and inter-model processing for responses:
Sequential - each responds sequentially
Parallel Merge - guardian model synthesis after analyzing all participant model’s responses
Conversational - this is the fun but tricky one - the models choose their own level of participation. Which makes for hard testing bc no two conversations are alike. it’s been an interesting way to learn different models tendencies though.
@karpathy was right when he said that there is likely an entire design space just for the framework/architecture of the model to model processing within this kind of environment. and I *really* enjoy exploring it.
another route, though, can be less about the backend and more personal/identity dependent. when you have a standard architecture in place, you can essentially design a group of characters with distinct roles, and then allow the models to participate to the extent of that role (persona)
anyway, I’ll write up more on this later, just wanted y’all to see the app actually working since we lost all my progress updates with the old community.
I attached some of the initial front end design below as well.
cheers!
