@AviancaEscucha Avianca are still doing nothing. We have bought another flight because they did not want to honour the return business class ticket we bought, and all I want is a refund for the part which they reneged on. Is this too much to ask?!

@LATAMAirlinesUS really sucks. They cost us 2 nights of our vacation in Mancora, overselling their seats, and then denying responsibility. Avoid this airline at all costs! Zero service, petulant and uncooperative staff. A big disaster - no wonder they are in chapter 11!
