@virginmedia He is in the UK. There are no options on the phone line to speak to anybody. Takes you to an automated message saying a link can be sent. He cant access it as he has no connection. And it is useless information no help at all. You havent answered if there are issues at your end.

@virginmedia No! Has just woken up to his phone not connecting. The signal for normals calls is also affected. A whole day it hasn't been working. Is it a fault at your end as lots of people seem to be having issues. How can a company with such bad service, close all phone lines?!!!
