Matthew Stanford Robison passed away at the tender age of 10 after a life marked by severe disabilities, including cerebral palsy that left him blind, mostly paralyzed & confined to a wheelchair.
His father, Ernest Robison, crafted this poignant bronze memorial statue to capture the joyful moment of his son’s release into the afterlife, rising triumphantly from his wheelchair, one foot planted on the seat, arms outstretched toward the sky, finally free from earthly limitations & burdens.
This touching tribute transforms grief into a powerful symbol of hope, healing & eternal freedom.
Noah Klein was a sweet, humorous, and introspective boy who brought a smile to everyone around him. He was an excellent student, enjoyed reading, and got along with his peers. His elementary school years were among the happiest of his life. Above all, Noah enjoyed playing baseball and watching basketball.
On January 30, 2022, in his last year of grade school, Noah's family was given devastating news — he had a brain tumor.
Having no idea how bad it was, the Klein family concentrated on providing him with as many happy experiences as they could. They watched sports games with him, went to concerts, and he even had the opportunity to meet his idol, basketball star Jimmy Butler.
Today we celebrate and remember Noah on what would have been his 15th birthday. Please be thinking about his family, the Kleins, who must get through this tough day.
With incredibly heavy hearts, we are devastated to share that our sweet, special Townes has laid down his sword. Townesy was a true superhero who had just turned 5 and was among our newest warriors fighting DIPG. For nearly two months, he faced this aggressive brain cancer with unmatched bravery, Hulk-like strength, and a level of hope and optimism that few could match. We wrap his family in love and light, and hold close Townes’s own comforting words: “You’re going to be okay.”
Townes was simply radiant. This kid shone brightly. His smile and laughter brought joy to everyone around him. He never let anything bring him down.
Townes was funny, smart, and left a lasting impression on everyone he met. He jumped into every experience with his whole heart, living fully and fiercely every minute of every day. He loved deeply, was the best brother to his siblings, and was already smitten with his soon-to-be-born baby brother.
Townes was the best dinner companion, the best dresser, and the sweetest hugger. He loved cheeseburgers and lattes. A little guy full of style, sass, and humor. We hold his family close in our hearts as they celebrate Townes — his jokes, his dance moves, and the videos that captured his spirit — honoring the amazing warrior that Townes is, and always will be
Mark! I miss you!
My heart aches every day missing you and smiles remembering your face. Had it not been for the promise of Heaven, it would have stopped beating a long time ago.
Enjoy your senior year in Heaven, baby. I have no doubt you are shining.
