We had our indigo flight 6E017 from Mumbai to Istanbul then connecting flight from there to Birmingham. Indigo delayed the flight and we had to miss our Birmingham flight. Nobody helped, ground staff of indigo didn’t even come to help. You have to do better @IndiGo6E

So no indigo person was available to help and not ready to talk to us. We were asked to get an Evisa for which we paid 40£ each. Then hotel shuttle did not come so we had to book a cab. Kindly help
