@united Arrived w/ 5 hr layover till next flight. Refused entry to club because it wasn’t UA. Supervisor Rae Brown had officious attitude and said that he knew all the rules. Asked for his name, he turned his tag sideways. When I reached up to turn it towards me, I brushed his finger.

Booked on UA yesterday HAM-DEN business class. Fly cancelled. Sent to terrible hotel,Prizeotel with meal vouchers. No restaurant, just a bar that served pizza (thin hard crust with cheese and 1 topping). Booked on LH2041 from MUC-DEN.
