Every morning, the junction of Navghar Road & Eastern Express Highway near Mhada Bus Stop (Mulund) turns into complete chaos. With no functioning traffic signals and no traffic police managing the flow, it becomes a major bottleneck during peak hours.

@Uber @Uber_Support can you spot the error? This is how your systems over charge passengers. And the reasons are hilarious. Because you dropped off at different spot. Getting down 2-3 meters +/- from daily spot makes you charge 20/40% higher?

A medical store rounds off (up) on every bill it generates. Customers unknowingly pay this. As hospital has a tie up with them imagine being able to earn INR 0.5 to 1 on each bill from multiple customers daily!
