The stupidity of these @Stanford students to take the greatest opportunity for equality in humanity ever and to really free humanity and go walk out on @google and @sundarpichai that's pioneered that. Biased, idiotic, short-sighted and very selfish. Selfish because they ignored the bottom 3 billion people on this planet that could benefit from AI and they are worried about their misinformed selfish self-interest.

Anyone who has worked with AI in production and scale, KNOWS how fragile AI as a technology is.
It has decreasing returns to scale ( definitely in quality of work) and increasing cost to scale.
It’s early days and it will improve. But for now… don’t bite the hype as is.
Almost a decade after Coffee Can Investing, Saurabh Mukherjea says the idea is dead. Consumption has crawled. Those fabled moated compounders aren't compounding. And India, he warns, is heading for a 1991-style crisis.
Here's what he told us at a @thefynprint event. 🧵
I am deeply grateful to Peak XV / Sequoia India for taking a chance on me, a starry-eyed 25-year-old, in 2012. It has been an extraordinary journey, marked by lifelong friendships, learning the craft of venture capital, and the privilege of working alongside world-class founders building enduring companies.
Time has brought perspective and humility, even as the courage to dream has only grown stronger.
I am stepping away from @peakxvpartners to pursue the biggest dream of my life: Building a new venture capital firm with my partners, and friends of nearly 15 years, Ashish @dvbydt and Ishaan @Ishaanmittal2.
When I began in venture capital, India’s digital economy was still fledgling. It hasn’t always been rainbows and unicorns, there were many overcast moments. Through it all, I had the unwavering support and the wise counsel of my partners @sjs_day1@gvravishankar@mobhat@i_sakshichopra@RajanAnandan@rohitagar_wal. I am deeply indebted to them. It has been an honour to work with everyone at the firm.
I feel fortunate to have learned from Sequoia’s investment philosophy, cultural values, and long-term orientation. Thank you Mike and Doug for the constant inspiration.
Being early partners to founders at @AtlanHQ@chargebee@FloBizOfficial@HevoData@Hightouch@MedGenomeLabs@moglix@saas_labs @getscapi @whatfix has been the greatest privilege. As several of these companies approach or surpass $100M in revenues and chart their path toward an IPO, the dreamer in me is convinced the time is right to double down on entrepreneurship in India.
Coming back to my next chapter. Ashish and I have known each other for over 13 years. Ishaan and I first met nearly two decades ago as college tennis partners, and all of us have worked together for more than a decade. Building something together is special!
We aspire to build an enduring venture capital firm that helps catalyse the next generation of entrepreneurship in India.🙏🙏🙏
Can’t wait to see @ajinkyarahane88 coach India, particularly in Test matches. Strategic, quietly aggressive, determined, and under the radar, just like Ravi Shastri.
Thanks for putting out these details in Public @deepigoyal I can testify to the fact that discussions on delivery partner welfare and fair compensation occupy a significant percentage of the time in Board meetings. The management and the board are bothered about these.
Now the people who ran this campaign and unsuccessfully tried to organise a strike could have written or come over and asked for this information and got it and had a discussion. However they preferred to instead launch a campaign on social media - it suited them and their political agenda better
I consider Rajdeep to be a good hearted fan of indian cricket, but this statement is lame.
IPL teams scout for uncapped domestic talent, discover and groom domestic talent - the picked two uncapped players for 14 crore each.
Every IPL team wants to win, is competitive and meritocratic. Sifarish/quota does not work.
Sarfaraz has serious issues against quality bowling. He will fail in high quality set ups like IPL ( or international cricket). That’s the simple reason why a meritocratic system does not pick him. He will go to CSK but unlikely be in XII.
IPL gyaan: So Sarfaraz Khan lights up Syed Mushtaq Ali trophy yet again with a brilliant 73 off just 22 balls.. and yet goes unsold yet again in IPL auction. Clearly those who are in auction don’t seem to watch domestic cricket at all. Spend crores on foreign players who often flatter to deceive! #iplauction2026
While the gurgaon Magnolia bakery near my house gets long irrational queues for a a good bakery product, the same bakery in Dubai DIFC has no customer. 😂 is it a passing fad? Or did they get something right in India?
It’s always the ones sitting outside the team, who are the answers to team’s problems.
None of the guys in this list will have 40 average in 20 tests - if they play. Not one.
Karun Nair, Smaran Ravichandran, Baba Indrajith, Shaik Rasheed, Yash Rathod, Sarfaraz Khan are all showing signs this season for the last few years with the bat in red ball #cricket, yet none of them are in Guwahati! #IndvSA
This - and many more tactical errors, yet...
Unpopular opinion: India had a lot of bad luck. 1/ gill injury ( important moment - rhb vs off spin was missed) 2/RSA got to bat in 1st session of the day twice - critical. India batted in worst condn 3/ Jurel loosing bat grip 4/ many others.
WDYT @Fancricket12
Already noted it was a substandard deck. But there are bigger questions to address.
Over my lifetime, more often than not India used to win in such/similar conditions. I don't think the current set of Indian batters have really evolved in the Drs era. And they generally go into a shell while chasing targets in Test cricket.
Constructive criticism.
