According to information provided by eyewitnesses to Iran International, two nurses from Rajaie Heart Hospital in Tehran, who were arrested on January 8 for attempting to treat protesters, have been subjected to the most severe forms of torture and sexual assault.

repeatedly and brutally raped her.
They raped her by inserting a foreign object into her anus. Parts of their intestines have been removed, and they now live with a colostomy bag. She suffered severe bleeding.

Additionally, her uterus sustained severe tearing, and she has undergone surgery twice so far. Doctors may be forced to completely remove her uterus.

They would take her, along with dozens of other women, to a high place and then push them all into a pit-like space.

According to the source, before this nurse was transferred to the operating room, she repeatedly begged the doctors not to let her survive, stating that if she came out of the operating room alive, she would commit suicide. According to an eyewitness, her mental state is so critical that her hands are currently restrained to the hospital bed to prevent self-harm, while she is simultaneously under surveillance by security forces.
