Called countless times to customer service of @GoibiboSupport only to get no help. This is pure trauma. They kept my money for 3 months.

@GoibiboSupport A typical situation where customers are facing issues and are clueless but the company is incapable of giving a convincing reply. In this case there is no reply at all

@GoibiboSupport This is just a partial refund and Rs.4572 is still pending. As per DGCA rules, if the flight is cancelled by the airlines the refund should be 100%. Moreover you have refunded less money than that was refunded by the airlines to you.
