I’ve never wanted to hug a stranger so bad before. USA’s Maxim Naumov competed in his first Olympics 1 year after losing both parents in the DC plane crash. He fell twice in his men’s final skate, but most people wouldn’t even be there in those circumstances. I hope he’s proud 🥹
“Football doesn’t define who I am as a person. … My faith in God, my hope in God is just so much more than anything that can be thrown at me on this earth.”

OSU's Marvin Harrison Jr. is a Heisman hopeful and possible No. 1 overall draft pick.
When asked recently by GQ for his secret ingredient, he said, “My Bible. I continue to pray, to pursue my faith as much as I can outside of football."

SHOT IN THE HEAD FOR PREACHING THE GOSPEL IN AMERICA 🇺🇸
26-year-old Christian preacher Hans Schmidt was shot in the head while standing on a corner in Glendale, Arizona, encouraging people to attend an evening service and hear the Gospel at his church, Victory Chapel. Hans is a veteran with a wife and two children and is currently clinging to life.
Even before some coward pulled the trigger, passersby say Hans was enduring shrieks and curses in his direction. These eyewitnesses also say that, following Christ's example, he never raised a fist or uttered a word against those who insulted him.
Please pray for Hans.

POWERFUL: OSU WR Marvin Harrison Jr. says the most important part of him is his religion and that his legacy is how he treats others❤️
“My bible. I continue to pray, to pursue my faith as much as I can outside of football. And so that's one thing that I probably would say is a main ingredient for me.”
“I don't want anyone to remember the awards, touchdowns, yards, whatever it may be. I think my legacy will be my work ethic and the influence I had on my teammates. Most important is that I was the guy that treated everyone equally and said hi to everyone. I just want that to be remembered for that,” when asked by @GQMagazine about his legacy.
"You don't show up on game day and expect to be great. Greatness happens in practice. You have to expect things of yourself before you can do them." (Michael Jordan)
