@ruslankogan The only reason you need policies at all is because the culture is bad. Companies need to invest more in culture and less in HR's endless paper trails.

@Matt_Camenzuli Most Australian companies do. You can blame government employment legislation, the difficulty in finding staff that want to work in a starting role and the costs associated with that.
@RositaDaz48 They should be made to set targets for each portfolio as part of their election campaign and then be paid a base salary equivelant to the average Australian income earning bonuses based on how close they are to their election portfolio targets. No results = no bonuses.
@dazzaroo54 Ok.. You maybe simple. The fact fuel prices are where they are means EVERYTHING you buy will increase. Builders are saying 20%, farmers are saying as much as 50%. None of us give a fuck about cars at service stations. We care about truckers and farmers.
