Today the 30-yr mortgage rate is 5.71% & the median existing home price is $416k.

With a 20% down payment, that's a 98% increase in the monthly payment (from $978 to $1,933).

@YoItsVandy Fair point. I just think they have a first movers advantage and more time spent in R&D than competitors in the EV sector. Personally think Tesla will be the #1 car manufacturer at some point in our lifetime.

Elon Musk has upset a lot of powerful people over the last 3 months with the Twitter deal and his political comments, partly why Tesla stock is down almost 50% from previous high. IMO no company is positioned better in the EV market. I'm buying the dip.

But they have become the party of division & hate, so I can no longer support them and will vote Republican.
