@SummonersWkly The only reason to ban Aurora is to make the chase for metal cards a bit more exciting. No point not playing it in any weaker legend deck that can support it. And tbh that might be a valid enough reason in time, but not right now.

@lordgandalftine @tonberryking_ @AlanzqTFT I could 100% be wrong (I certainly have been before) but the best players are going to turn up with decks that have an answer to it. That's usually how these type of metas work. The big bad often underperforms.

@tonberryking_ @lordgandalftine @AlanzqTFT I actually think bad decks are good for riftbound. They add so much more for mid level players to play for at large events. I'm old, my days of competing at any high level are gone but give me a shot to play garen to a few wins and make bank!

Aurora prob isn't a good deck choice if you want to do well at an event. The only part I agree with is it invalidates other orange strategies (weaker ones) and thats boring

@lordgandalftine @tonberryking_ @AlanzqTFT Fun is completely subjective. It's not a negative play pattern, it doesn't stop the other deck from playing the game. There's tons of counterplay post board. It's a high roll deck. They're absolutely fine. The only real reason to ban it is to freshen up the meta for metals.

@NepentheZ People would still just want to min max. These issues are present in every game with evolving content. It was present in older Fifa titles too it was just tied to stats. How many cards were unplayable because they were too slow? Eswein was played until tots cards came out
