It's been great to see @N3XT get so much traction from the institutional digital asset community so quickly. The recent news related toย $NDD is generating a lot of enthusiasm, and we at @HavenCap_io are pleased at the opportunity to be a part of it.

I'll be at @TheBitcoinConf in Hong Kong later this month to talk yield. Curators, miners, whales, yield-seekers, we should talk about how to obtain yield on your #BTC without:
We are an investment adviser registered in North Carolina, subject to examination by the Securities Division, and held to a fiduciary standard. Our books are subject to inspection.

It's that simple.
SEC Commissioner Hester Peirce's July 22 statement on onchain vaults and lending is worth reading closely. A vault that pools capital into yield strategies can be a common enterprise. Calling it passive does not change that. https://t.co/uNcO3SguFm
Last week I asked the @n3xtbank team a question I didn't know the answer to: if a client loses control of a wallet holding $NDD, what happens to the dollars? I know what happens with a stablecoin. If the wallet is gone, so is the money. Maybe the issuer freezes the funds if you're lucky (most of us are not big, loud, or fast enough).
The answer: the customer logs into their @n3xtbank account and hits redeem. That burns the $NDD sitting in the wallet, compromised or not, and the deposit moves back into their account. They can also have that wallet cut off from $NDD entirely.
This paints a clearer picture of what $NDD actually is. It's not a bearer instrument. The dollars never left the bank. The token was just how they moved around. Whoever is holding a stolen wallet is holding an interface to an account that no longer talks to it.
Thanks to the @n3xtbank team for chasing down the answer for us at @HavenCap_io.
Welcome @HavenCap_io to N3XT.
Operating at the intersection of institutional finance and decentralized markets, HAVEN understands the challenge created when one asset settles instantly, and the other takes days. By working with N3XT, and using the N3XT Digital Dollar (NDD), they are bringing their corporate banking directly onto Ethereum rails, ensuring that their dollar operations move as quickly as their crypto business.
This is what solving settlement speed mismatch looks like.
You can find Haven Capital Advisors on N3XT.

We think there's room for a different approach - a 'yield' profile that doesn't lean on any of those four pillars. The question is whether the market gets there before the current alternatives compress further.

Gearing up for a lot of conversations about yield, vaults, smart contract risk, combatting social engineering-driven hacks, and โwhere do we go from here?โ
But, the market is right for @HavenCap_io. Our non-custodial / SMA-capable income strategy is not basis-dependent, cares nothing for funding rates, or for compressed BTC-backed USD lending markets.
We manage our income strategy inside a registered investment adviser structure and distribute income monthly to investors, starting after their first month in the fund. If you're willing to dedicate assets to a strategy that prioritizes monthly income, let's chat in Miami.

The BTC basis trade has been a go-to for institutions wanting delta-neutral income in crypto. Buy spot, short futures, collect the spread. It works - or it did, when the annualized basis was running north of 15%.
For those who want the income without as much of that ride, we have a new share class coming that incorporates a partial hedge on the underlying exposure. Still working through the final structure, but it's specifically designed for allocators who need more principal focus.
