We, the residents of Gulberg III, Falcon Complex, Makkah Colony, and Askari-5, wish to bring to your immediate attention a serious and ongoing disturbance affecting our community for the past two months. Every night, from approximately 10:00 PM until as late as 5:00 AM, groups of individuals gather on the newly constructed CBD road adjacent to these localities.

These groups, consisting of multiple modified cars and heavy bikes, engage in racing and deliberately create excessively loud noises. The sounds produced are often explosive in nature, resembling gunshots, causing significant distress and fear among residents. As a result, families, including children and the elderly, are unable to sleep and live in constant discomfort.

It is important to clarify that we have no objection to the general use of this road. Families often gather there peacefully, which is appreciated. However, the actions of these hooligans have turned the area into a nightly source of nuisance and disruption.

Despite multiple complaints lodged over the past weeks in various forums including 15, 1787, CM Portal etc, the issue remains unresolved. We firmly believe that only a direct intervention from the CM secretariate can restore peace and order in this matter.

For your reference, we have also gathered video recordings and photographs documenting these incidents, which can be shared with your office as supporting evidence. Multiple times the same have been provided to the Police.

We respectfully request strict enforcement measures, increased patrolling during late hours, and necessary action against those responsible. It is worth mentioning that a patrolling car of LPU is parked here for days. On inquiring with them as to why they were not stopping this, they said we are here to protect this car as it has run out of fuel for 4 days now and they are not being given fuel by Govt. These hooligans know that and stop in front of them and mock them. Those three policemen in uniform on that road, they're helpless. They believe these are sons of powerful people in the punjab govt who are untouchable.

This particular car as per its registration should be silver, the color itself is a violation of law as it is not the correct identification of this car. This is not the only one, its a gang of around 10 to 15 cars. Every single night they are doing this.

Request that someone look into this matter.
