@EE Getting this when I click any mobile product from the Shop section of the EE app, or login to see customer prices on the EE website. I have broadband and TV already and interested in adding SIMs or phones. No appropriate route via your phone menu.
@EE But which option should I choose to discuss this problem with my online account? There is a 30 minute wait so I don’t want to choose the wrong one.

I cancelled my @BrittanyFerries booking online over a week ago and was told I’d get email confirmation if the cancellation. I did not. How can I confirm the booking is cancelled, being as it’s impossible to call you?
