Hello quantitative MRI enthusiasts!
We're very excited to announce our virtual issue on qMRI published in Magnetic Resonance in Medicine
https://t.co/glIxN5XmvR
I'm presenting my poster "Quantitative T2 Relaxometry in Fetal Brain: Validation Using Modified FaBiAN Fetal Brain MRI Simulator" at #MICCAI2023#PIPPI2023 (pitch at 3 PM and poster session at 3:30 PM)
Interested in low-field fetal MRI? I will be presenting our work "An automated pipeline for quantitative T2* fetal body MRI and segmentation at low field" in Wednesday's poster session (14:30-16:00, W-06-007) at #MICCAI2023@janahutter@JordinaAviles@TomiTricot@LisaStory18
Excited to share my first first-author paper published in Investigative Radiology! Advantages of quantitative MRI can be leveraged for reproducible MRI radiomics. All thanks goes to my fearless advisor @MRI_Dan, our wonderful collaborators, and @cwrumstp! https://t.co/15opQFGZCj
Exciting work by my star student @MRI_Wally . demonstrating 1⃣more reproducible quantitative MR directly compared to clinical MRI, 2⃣greatly simplified and standardized image post processing, and3⃣ more reproducible image features !
on simplifying and standardizing qMR post processing: no bias field correction needed, no normalization to random intensity quartile values (or we could normalize to a physical bound that's invariant and measurable by standard NMR) and no histogram matching for harmonization
