Made a Quarto Extension `interactive-sql` that lets you embed SQL queries in a Quarto document and then run those queries interactively from the rendered HTML document. I think it would be useful for showing examples for teaching purposes.

I've been trying to figure out why #quartopub 1.3 by default messes with the width of all my tables and how I can change the settings. All tables now have full layout width, ignoring width settings in kbl(). Any ideas on how to change this?
