@bruzo2@alintaenergy Shop around and compare your bills. I’m looking at switching myself. Even though other suppliers connection/peak/shoulder rates may be higher than Alintas, the higher feed in makes up for it

I’m not convinced that the “need to verify information” for my order isn’t a ploy to spend 54mins on a call to try to sell me every service / upgrade and combo under the sun. Overquoting my payout figure multiple times until I checked myself didn’t help that feeling. @VodafoneAU

@Suncorp Hi. Finally ended up getting access last night. The person I spoke to when I rang up again was quite helpful and pushed things forward on her end as well as putting in an official complaint on my behalf.
@Suncorp 3 weeks and still waiting on business account to be opened! I hope this is just a glitch and isn't an indication of what switching to Suncorp will be like :/
