@JHTScherck Makes me think of @Saleshacker and @gaetano_nyc, seems like they had a good system to keep contributors focused & nail bootstrapped TOFU (via @dan_shure podcast episode). That inspired me to look into helping clients create a similar system. May not make sense for some brands tho
