Appalling service from @BandQ kitchens. 11 weeks for, delivery driver tried to drop off someone else's stuff, items missing, incompatible items delivered, and we got a call 24 hours before delivery date to say some items are out of stock. Annoyed customers and kitchen fitters 😡

@BandQ bexhill - a while ago went into store, appalling customer service, complained, manager apologised, invited in to meet manager and get voucher. Gone back in, more rude staff and no voucher!
