@bandqhelpTeam I have responded to you and nothing. Very much the experience I have had with my emails. I have been asked for the same information now 3 times now and provided it including CCTV evidence of your driver and still you do nothing

@bandq_help are you able to explain why your customer services think it is acceptable to not respond to complaints. 6 weeks have passed since a delivery driver damaged my carpet and left it in this state.

@Matalan can you tell me why i am unable to get a refund when my order hasnt arrived. Apparently i have to wait until you’ve sorted it with your third party supplier. Do you not understand that as i ordered from your website and paid money to you, my contract is with you.

@BritishGas when is someone going to respond to me about resolving the issues with my boiler installation. Paid 5.5k for boiler from you and from
start to finish it was an absolute disaster. You now won’t respond to my calls and I am left with radiators not working.

@AsdaTyres Horrific service this morning! Tyres ordered last Friday to fit this morning at 9am. Arrived to find that the tyres (already paid for) had not arrived to @WilcoMotosave Doncaster. Appalling service from the manager at the store who stated couldn’t be bothered!

@eon_next My contract ended on 9/10/22 and I’m on your variable tariff but my smart meter is still showing my old tariff. I previously contacted customer support who said to leave my display unplugged overnight near the outside meter boxes but it didn’t work.

@QEHSPE NSSW Isaac Dawson 7C PE comment. I enjoy my PE lessons, it is one of my favourite subjects. I enjoy playing in a team and mixing with students from other forms. I have really enjoyed taking part in National Schools Sports Week and have now completed my bingo card.
