@hjluks Playing hardcourt tennis 40 years, been told my knees r shot. They would swell up w fluid after playing starting in my 30’s

So layoffed playing 4 few months & would bike ride instead, which somehow seemed to heal my knees over time

65 now, still haven’t had to get them done
