@ninalaw22 Doesn’t matter if he is an apostle. He was speaking as a person, right up until he gave his apostolic blessing at the end. For me, this is an important distinction. Up until he used his apostolic role, the rest of his speech was Jeff’s opinions & musings. IMHO
