Solomon players after sacrificing their rook (walker) to take a bishop (tier 2 camp) so they can follow up with a Luccini Gambit (Go 0-8 at 14 minutes)
TADC could’ve ended with Jax apologizing to everyone, and Gangle and Zooble obviously don’t immediately forgive her, and it would still be a good warning message about being like Jax, because Jax would have to forever live with the fact that she was an asshole.
in my opinion if you didnt like what the last act had to say on a thematic level i think you just didnt understand the show like why would it have ended any other way why wouldnt jax have been a girl idiot
Worst and most predictable plot twist EVERRRR. I was lowkey hoping they were at least brain scans of dead people so if they die there's nothing remaining out in the real world. Would've added the stakes back. Its so anticlimatic that they're brain scans AND they're all alive irl
i don't like the argument of "loreslop 57" to excuse the guy not reinforcing his own world building and character.
like, the whole scratch abstraction was sold as a huge point, even a cliffhanger to end the episode with.
never explored it further ever again.
that's lazyness.
9 episodes in 3 years and you’re tired?
I’m sorry but there is so much more that the TADC universe can offer that 3 hours can’t cover.
What about the lives of all the characters in the real world before they got trapped? What about kaufmo or queenie?
What about all the NPCs?
I get that Glitch is choosing not to milk the franchise but cmon you’re literally leaving us hanging.
I know there is beauty in leaving things untold but there is also beauty in exploring what this digital circus universe has to offer.
WE NEED MORE.
taking the song about a black man singing about his newborn baby and re-contextualizing it to be about an abuser getting forgiven with no consequences, AND THEN releasing that episode on Juneteenth is crazyyy
