A young elephant who should know family, companionship, affection and the freedom to simply be an elephant.

Instead, this is what we preserve in the name of tradition and culture?

Tradition should preserve our heritage & not an animals captivity.

If a practice requires another living being to surrender its freedom for our celebrations, ceremonies or nostalgia, we should be capable of questioning it.

Culture can evolve without disappearing.

Animals shouldnt have to pay for our refusal to evolve.

FDA crackdown on quick-commerce food

Maharashtra FDA inspected 86 establishments linked to Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart and others.

14 licences were suspended and 60 improvement notices issued.

In Mumbai:

🔴 Blinkit, Ghatkopar: 34/74 (46%)
🔴 Zepto, Lokhandwala: 65/140 (47%)

Both were declared non-compliant, with issues including poor food segregation, inadequate temperature control and warehouse hygiene.

Food delivered in minutes still needs to meet food-safety standards.
