Belief in IQ is actually a really good test of rationality. If someone makes some excuse about multiple intelligences, or it not being real etc, they've outed themselves as a low-decoupler/irrationalist.

There's so much social pressure in our society to be wrong about IQ, yet if you look at the actual evidence and only the evidence, it's completely obvious that IQ is highly predictive and important.

I would actually consider "Is IQ real and important" to be an almost perfect filter where anyone who says it isn't should not be taken seriously.
