這是我自己（不標準的）左手骨齡片，可以看到生長板早已完全閉合，無法再長高了（廢話）。

拿自己的片子舉例，是因為在成長門診裡，通常覺得最可惜的，就是孩子骨齡快閉合、甚至已經閉合，才第一次走進診間。因為到了那個時候，能做的介入真的很有限。

成長是有時效的。生長板一旦關上，就回不去了。所以只要對孩子的身高有一點疑慮，請不要等，提早評估永遠比事後補救更有意義。
