Bro copied the standards for Ethanol policy from USA, but didn't copy their testing results and implementation.

Even today, E20 is not mandated in the USA. Standard American gas stations predominantly sell E10 fuel, which holds over 95% of the market share. Higher ethanol blends like E15 have only a 1–2% share.

The USA tested E15 and E20 across 86 vehicle models and 6 million miles (96 lakh miles) in 2011, based on which E15 was approved only for new cars that were E15 compliant, while older cars continued to get E10. E20 was not mandated due to engine wear concerns in non-compliant cars, which were in the majority in the USA. And most importantly, unlike India, the USA made their studies public.

So what kind of policymaking is this? If you want to copy, either copy everything: the standards, the test results, the implementation, the way ahead, or don't copy anything at all.

Bihar Police arrested Manish Gupta for impersonating an IAS officer and an undercover agent for NSA Ajit Doval.

As per reports, police seized ₹100 crore worth of property, 31 liters of imported alcohol, a driverless Tesla, and much more.

Business model was simple: take bribe from people by posing as an IAS officer to get administrative work done, and then use a portion of that money to bribe lower-level bureaucracy to complete the job while keeping a hefty cut for himself. Things were going smoothly until a jealous person complained.

If a fake one can amass hundreds of crores in property so quickly, just imagine the potential a real one has!

इंदौर में दो अपराधियों को किसी संगीन जुर्म में पकड़ा गया. जनता की मांग थी कि इनकी पिटाई की जाए और पब्लिक जुलूस निकाला जाए.
पुलिस और अपराधियों के बीच 20,000 रुपए में सौदा तय हुआ. दोनों अपराधियों के हाथ में नकली प्लास्टर लगा कर लंगड़ाते हुए सड़क पर घुमाया गया. जेल के अंदर ले जाने समय, जेल के गेट पर दोनों अपराधियों ने अपने हाथों में लगी फर्जी पट्टी उतार फेंकी.
किसी ने वीडियो बना लिया इसका. अब इंदौर पुलिस महकमे में हड़कंप मचा हुआ है.

प्रयागराज के डॉक्टर नरेन्द्र सिंह ने वीडियो बनाकर सोशल मीडिया में शेयर किया, प्राइवेट बिना नम्बर प्लेट की गाड़ी से 6-7 लोग आए और प्रोटेस्ट में शामिल होने वाले छात्रों को घरों से खींचकर मारते पीटते गाड़ी में भरकर ले गए।

प्रोटेस्ट समाप्त होने के बाद छात्रों की मुश्किलें बढ़ गई हैं, वह अपने घरों में भी सुरक्षित नहीं हैं।
