@agodaindia Today when I visited the website, all the customer service numbers have disappeared. looks like Agoda is trying to mask there fraudulent activities.
@agodaindia I have seen the mail and replied and observe your non serious approach towards fraudulent blatant use of your website. You are yet to confirm that the number given by me, listed on your website is your customer service.

@Dev_Fadnavis Sir, I saw the news in TOI that Govt is giving a 20cr WhatsApp contract for spreading awareness, my suggestion that if we can use Bharat platforms instead of foreign, it will not only retain data internally, will help the local companies to grow. @narendramodi
@airindia Booking Reference: 9MQ5OL, What you have posted are standard replies without getting into the merits, surprisingly even the seat charges paid by me are not refunded. Pls don't run airline bureaucratically
@airindia Senior citizen Travelling from Jodhpur to Mumbai on 13.07.2026 [9MQ5OL], had a horrifying experience of forced seat change inspite of advance purchase & mishandling arrogantly by Alam at boarding gate. @JM_Scindia@narendramodi
@airindia Your staff did not inform us of any policy at the counter. Instead, they behaved disrespectfully, kept the entire process opaque, & provided misleading information. Your current response appears to be an attempt to justify what your senior manager on board also failed to explain.
@airindia After boarding, I found that the aircraft still had the same emergency exit seats, which had simply been allotted to other passengers. Even the senior manager who met me on board failed to provide a satisfactory explanation or offer comparable seats despite their availability.
@airindia boarding passes for them at check-in, and have our baggage accepted without any objection? The seats were changed only at the boarding gate, where your staff Mr. Alam behaved arrogantly, used abusive language, and falsely claimed that the aircraft had been changed.
@airindia Your response does not address the facts of my case. Neither my wife nor I have restricted mobility and travelled on emergency seats multiple times.
If, as you claim, senior citizens are not eligible for emergency exit seats, why were we allowed to purchase those seats, issued
All social media is controlled by DS-US govt, inspite Bharat being largest consumer and have been abusing all right wingers for years, finally now blocking Modi Ji. Time to have our own, least govt should ask for verification of accounts @narendramodi
