@JioCare The issue is no service person in the official jio service centre at Rajapalayam location which I mentioned already, JioPhone button is not working properly. No Problem in the Network and coverage. The only problem is Service.

@redBus_in Yes I got refund today from @redBus_in, It took 18 days to get the refund. As a customer need to fight and struggle a lot. Talking to customer support is not so easy,no proper IVR option available. Kindly add that and improve your customer support.

@RKMadishetty Same happened to me also, @redBus_in should not allow these kind of bus service in their app. It will damage their reputation. Also adding the driver number in their app they need to check by calling before adding. Mine driver number was switched OFF. No proper location tracking
