@easyJet my husband is stuck at the gate at Gatwick as his 17.20 flight was announced as cancelled an hour ago. There are no other flights available. The only hotel you offer is 11 miles away and he isn’t allowed to leave gate. Please let him leave the airport to get a taxi home!
