@Starbucks why why why don’t you shut off mobile ordering when the store is running 45 minutes wait to get a drink? these poor workers at the Starbucks in Medfield Massachusetts are working so hard to keep up but people are waiting 45+ minutes.

@AmericanAir single worst boarding experience ever. Flight 879 providenciales to CLT. single mom traveling with my kids, selected for screening. My kids were terrified and we boarded very late. Ground crew insisted we board from the back we were in row 3.100% awful.

@onepeloton so disappointed in customer service yesterday. Wasted all afternoon waiting for you to show for a service call and you never came - no explanation. I’m a very loyal customer of 2.5 years and have both the bike and tread. Do better!
