*Danger to the life of Dr. Hussam Abu Safiya. Please share as much as possible!*

New information received from Adv. Nasser Odeh, the attorney for Dr. Abu Safiya, Director of Kamal Adwan Hospital, who visited Dr. Abu Safiya at the "Rakefet" underground detention facility at Nitzan Prison, indicates a severe deterioration in his condition, to the point of an immediate threat to his life. Physicians for Human Rights (PHR) and his attorney are demanding his immediate transfer from the facility and an urgent visit by a judge to assess his condition firsthand—before it is too late.

Following new information received from a visit conducted by Adv. Nasser Odeh on July 2nd at the "Rakefet" facility in Nitzan Prison:

According to Adv. Odeh's affidavit, Dr. Abu Safiya arrived at the visit handcuffed and shackled, accompanied by masked prison guards. Fresh and severe injuries were visible on his head, around his eyes, on his ears, and on his neck, to the extent that his attorney had difficulty recognizing him. During the visit, Dr. Abu Safiya struggled to breathe and speak continuously; he appeared extremely weak, had difficulty sitting without falling over, and on several occasions leaned backward in a manner that raised concerns that he was about to lose consciousness. According to Adv. Odeh, he appeared terrified and in severe distress, and struggled to express himself for fear of retaliation. It is the attorney's direct and immediate impression that Dr. Abu Safiya is in immediate danger of death.

Dr. Abu Safiya told his attorney that shortly after the hearing (on June 10, 2026) regarding his appeal to the Supreme Court against the extension of his detention order, while he was held in isolation at Ganot Prison, four or five prison guards entered his cell and beat him all over his body, according to him with a hammer and batons. He added that since his transfer on June 24, 2026, to the "Rakefet" facility, he has been subjected to violence and beatings on a daily basis, and has lost consciousness several times, all without receiving adequate medical treatment. He told his attorney that he fears for his life, stating: "This is the last time you will see me... They brought me here to kill me. I am not imagining it. I see it. This is the end."

Following the visit, Adv. Odeh urgently contacted the Israel Prison Service (IPS) demanding an end to the abuse of Dr. Abu Safiya, his immediate transfer to another detention facility, and that he be granted urgent medical examination and treatment due to the real concern for his life.

Furthermore, Physicians for Human Rights has urgently appealed to the Attorney General, the Chair of the Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee, the Chair of the Constitution, Law and Justice Committee, the National Public Defender, and the Commissioner of the Israel Prison Service, demanding an immediate visit to Dr. Abu Safiya by an official entity outside the IPS, and to allow him an independent medical examination, due to the serious concern for his life.

Despite the High Court of Justice ruling this June against his release, Physicians for Human Rights reiterates its demand to release Dr. Abu Safiya and all other doctors held without charges or trial.

It should be noted that the "Rakefet" facility is an underground interrogation and detention facility at Nitzan Prison, regarding which severe testimonies and allegations of violence and abuse against detainees have been published in the past.

Physicians for Human Rights Israel warns that given Dr. Abu Safiya's health condition and the information provided by his attorney, any delay in intervention could put his life in real danger.

Willkür oder Inkompetenz? Der EU-sanktionierte 🇩🇪 Journalist @hussedogru sollte bei der Anhörung im EU-Parlament zu „EU-Sanktionen: Angriff auf Rechtsstaat & Grundrechte“ sprechen. Doch bekam er keine Ausreiseerlaubnis von der #Bundesregierung.

@AuswaertigesAmt erklärte sich auf Anfrage der EU-Abgeordneten @RuthFirmenich (BSW) für nicht zuständig und verwies auf @BMF_Bund und der ihm unterstehenden Zentralstelle für Sanktionsdurchsetzung (ZfS), dieses wiederum erklärte, es sei nur für finanzielle Aspekte zuständig und verwies auf @BMI_Bund, dieses wieder auf AA usw…

Das heißt: Massiv in die Grundrechte eingreifende EU-Sanktionen werden über deutsche Staatsbürger verhangen und von Bundesbehörden durchgesetzt - aber danach erklärt sich niemand mehr für zuständig…🫣

We call for the release of activists #Saif Abu Keshek and #Thiago Avila who's arbitrary detention has been extended by an Israeli court after the unlawful interception of the #GlobalSumudFlotilla vessels in international waters last week.

The two activists were participating in a peaceful solidarity mission aiming to break Israel's unlawful blockade of the #Gaza Strip and deliver aid to Palestinians struggling to survive under Israel’s genocide and unlawful occupation.

They are at great risk of human rights abuses, including torture and other ill-treatment given @amnesty's previous documentation of the abuse inflicted on flotilla activists detained in October 2025 at the hands of the Israeli authorities

It is especially concerning that Saif Abu Keshek, a Palestinian-Spanish-Swedish national, is being detained on suspicion of affiliation with a terrorist organization given Israel's discriminatory laws and persistent record of harassment and oppression of Palestinians under Israel’s system of apartheid. Israel must immediately release them and ensure they are protected while in custody.

Israel’s defiance of international law must end. The ICJ has been clear: Israel’s #occupation is unlawful and must be brought to an end. States must act now to restore some faith in international law by holding Israel accountable for its violations and crimes.

[THE TRUST FALL: JULIAN ASSANGE - Documentary @thetrustfalldoc]

Humanity only evolves when it finds the courage to stare directly into the darkness.

One week ago, the U.S. D.O.J. released the largest-ever tranche of documents related to Jeffrey Epstein, totalling more than 3 million pages, 180,000 images, and 2,000 videos. The Epstein files rip open a world that thrives in shadow and privilege. This release was mandated by the Epstein Files Transparency Act, signed into law in November 2025. The files expose the calculated exploitation of vulnerable minors, revealing moral decay that destroys any illusion of elite sophistication. They show paedophilia not as isolated deviance, but as abuse protected by wealth, influence, and institutional silence.

I've only thus far looked at a few of the files, images and videos. I can only stomach this kind of utterly depraved material in very small amounts.

US Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche confirmed they excluded images of “Death, physical abuse, or injury.” from the release. By default, he is admitting that the perpetrators tortured and killed victims while simultaneously revealing DOJ censorship. I am horrified at how openly the ultra-wealthy operated outside the law. Private planes, friendly prosecutors, sealed settlements, and institutional shrugs, power behaving like a private elevator that skips every floor where accountability lives. Laws are enforced downward, never upward, and anyone still pretending otherwise is choosing fantasy over reality. This is not a justice system failing. It is a justice system functioning exactly as designed.

In 2010, the WikiLeaks footage that exposed the callousness of modern warfare - the highly impactful “Collateral Murder” video - required extensive reviewing and verification. To prepare this video, the small WikiLeaks team likely worked intensively for weeks analysing footage and preparing material. The punishment that followed was about warning others what happens when the public sees what empire does. Looking into darkness is not symbolic work. It is profoundly valuable to the progress of humanity. As James Baldwin warned, “Not everything that is faced can be changed, but nothing can be changed until it is faced.”

To re-organise the Collateral Murder footage for THE TRUST FALL - arranging it between statements from John Pilger, Tariq Ali and Dean Yates - we spent over 15 hours viewing the footage repeatedly, showing how punishing it is to witness violence many times over. For much of the three years it took to create the film, my co-producer and editors referred to that chapter as “CM” rather than its full name to dampen the residual emotional impact.

Julian Assange passed information to Victorian police in 2009 related to suspected child exploitation networks discovered in leaked materials, demonstrating a willingness to confront abuse beyond state and military wrongdoing.

That kind of act of witnessing has a cost, like a surgical incision that repairs the wound while permanently scarring the surgeon.

I applaud the courageous Virginia Giuffre for her role in legal proceedings that helped force Epstein-related material into the public domain, as well as those employed by the DOJ who face the harrowing task of preparing disturbing evidence. I also have deep respect for Assange and the WikiLeaks team for their dedication and self-sacrifice in handling shocking material through their disclosures.

Confronting darkness matters because denial fuels violent systems. Western societies maintain myths of moral superiority while outsourcing brutality to prisons, borders, occupied territories, and foreign wars. Violence is framed as tragic but necessary, numbing outrage before it becomes action. As Hannah Arendt observed, “The sad truth is that most evil is done by people who never make up their minds to be either good or evil.” You cannot dismantle what you refuse to acknowledge.

Calling out atrocities is moral clarity. Over in Gaza Palestinians are expected to suffer quietly while violence is justified through political messaging. Discomfort with naming war crimes reveals how propaganda depends on politeness and denial.

Collective punishment and impunity operate together. Entire populations are bombed, starved, and displaced under the language of security, while decades of unpunished violence normalise destruction. Israel has refined this model into policy, operating as a militarised ethnostate protected by the United States. America funds weapons, provides diplomatic cover, and lectures the world about human rights while enabling devastation. A fortress of victimhood built on permanent exception has become a blueprint for modern imperial violence.

Western governments are not observers. Arms deals, intelligence sharing, and political vetoes sustain warfare. War is not diplomatic failure - it is often profitable policy. Peace threatens profits and geopolitical dominance, war is used like a subscription service that renews automatically unless someone cancels it.

In this environment, Palestinian journalists document reality while being targeted for it. Their work survives censorship and institutional indifference, like a signal forced through static by sheer refusal to disappear. Their courage exposes media institutions that claim neutrality while recycling state narratives.

The gap between documented human rights abuses and mainstream media coverage is deliberate. Balance often dilutes truth until it becomes acceptable to power. As Howard Zinn said, “You can’t be neutral on a moving train.” When injustice accelerates unchecked, neutrality becomes participation.

The Epstein files should have shattered any remaining illusions. They revealed a club where laws do not apply and wealth buys immunity. The diplomatic cables released during United States diplomatic cables leak exposed systemic corruption and geopolitical manipulation, showing how power shields itself from scrutiny.

The most violent element in society is ignorance. Not stupidity, but the refusal to know. What we choose not to examine enables oppression and mass violence. Ignorance is a closed circuit where harm circulates without resistance. As Albert Einstein warned, “The world will not be destroyed by those who do evil, but by those who watch them without doing anything.”

Every generation must decide whether it will stare into humanity’s darkest corners or look away. Real change begins when ordinary people become witnesses and truth-tellers. This is the moment where neutrality becomes self-deception. We must support whistleblowers, journalists, and movements confronting colonial violence. Stop outsourcing conscience to institutions that protect power. Conscience remains the last border empire cannot fully militarise.

Reaching more people with THE TRUST FALL matters because the film confronts moral collapse and reasserts the importance of truth-telling in a world where lies function as infrastructure. It asks what was done in our name, why truth was punished, and what this reveals about power when war is choreographed and peace is scripted. The film dismantles the illusion that imperial violence is inevitable and insists that understanding itself is resistance.

Im Hinblick auf unsere persönlichen Daten wird sich in diesem Jahr ein drastischer Wandel vollziehen.

Nicht genug, dass die EU weiterhin daran arbeitet, eine „Rechtsgrundlage“ für die von ihr angestrebte illegale Massenüberwachung der privaten Kommunikation aller EU-Bürger („Chatkontrolle“) zu schaffen.

Sie verhandelt derzeit auch über ein Rahmenabkommen für EBSP (Enhanced Border Security Program), das es US-Behörden ermöglichen soll, auf biometrische Datenbanken in der EU zuzugreifen.

Aus einem internen Dokument, das die (derzeitige) Verhandlungsposition von Kommission & EU-Staaten darlegt, geht hervor, dass unter diesem Abkommen „Daten über ethnische Herkunft, politische Meinungen, religiöse oder philosophische Überzeugungen sowie genetische oder biometrische Informationen“ von EU-Bürgern an die USA übermittelt werden könnten.

Nach Ansicht des Europäischen Datenschutzbeauftragten würde damit ein Präzedenzfall mit weitreichenden Folgen geschaffen, denn die „Verbesserte Partnerschaft für Grenzsicherheit“ wäre „das erste EU-Abkommen zur Übermittlung großer Mengen personenbezogener Daten an die Grenzbehörden eines anderen Landes“.

Gibt es auch nur einen einzigen Europäer, der so etwas wirklich will? Oder in dessen wohlverstandenem Interesse es wäre? Soll das einer dieser bemühten „Vorteile“ sein, die eine EU-Mitgliedschaft mit sich bringt?

Die Daten ihrer Bürger seien der EU wahrer Rohstoff, ihr „größter Schatz“, den es zu „bergen“ gelte, hatte vonderLeyen bereits in der Antrittsrede zu ihrer ersten Amtszeit 2019 gedroht. Nun sehen wir, wie das von Anfang gemeint war.

Nach der Chatkontrolle wird Ihnen auch hier unmissverständlich demonstriert, dass Ihre Privatsphäre für die EU vonderLeyens keineswegs das schützenswerte Gut ist, das sie infolge ihrer Grundrechtsverankerungen sein sollte. vonderLeyen dienen persönliche Daten der Bürger lediglich als instrumentelle Basis der autoritären Anmaßungen der EU. Im Außenverhältnis sind sie vor allem geopolitische Verhandlungsmasse.

Oder vielmehr: sie sind noch nicht einmal das. Denn vonderLeyen und ihre „Consiglieri“ (EU-Bürgerbeauftragte Emily O’Reilly) sind tatsächlich derart dämlich, dass sie es noch nicht einmal verstehen, die Ausscheidungen ihrer 450 Mio. Datenlieferanten - wenn sie sie schon zu Trainingshanteln für US-Algorithmen & US-Geheimdienste degradieren -, wenigstens im Austausch für irgendetwas Sinnvolles zu vertickern.

Stattdessen gibt vonderLeyen dem Irren im Weißen Haus einfach alles, was der haben will: Geld, Gold, Grönland. Und zwar ohne dass er ihr überhaupt noch auf die Zehenspitzen treten müsste. Und ohne jede Gegenleistung.

Die kleine blonde Kommissionspräsidentin - und mit ihr die EU - unterwerfen sich jemandem, der sie ganz offen verachtet. Ein Trauerspiel, für das Sie da draußen zahlen.

Erinnern Sie sich noch, als die Trottel aus der SPD sich „gezwungen“ sahen, für die Ost- bzw. Entspannungspolitik von Brandt & Bahr Abbitte zu leisten, anstatt sie (wie es immer noch richtig wäre) vor hyperventilierenden Transatlantik-Heinos zu verteidigen?

Jetzt sind die Trottel aus der CDU an der Reihe. Deren Hardcore-Transatlantiker schulden uns allmählich mal eine Erklärung, finden Sie nicht? Für all die Jahrzehnte dieser angeblich alternativlosen US-Unterwerfung. Für die bitteren Jahre, in denen EU-Ohrfeigengesichter Sie nun schon verkaufen - Ihren Wohlstand, Ihren Frieden, Ihre Wirtschaft, Ihre Daten, Ihre Sicherheit, Ihre Grundrechte, Ihre Werte, Ihre Würde, Ihre Zukunft, Ihre Kinder. Und Ihre EU.

Dekaden unhinterfragter „Westbindung“, die nirgendwo in Europa exzessiver gediehen ist als bei den Honks aus Deutschland und der CDU, deren Namen (von vonderLeyen und Manfred Streber bis Fr. Merz) wir aus Datenschutzgründen gar nicht erst nennen wollen.

Transatlantiker haben uns in die lächerlichste, strategisch schlechteste & wirtschaftlich schwächste Position manövriert, in der Europa sich je befunden hat.
Und sie haben uns in eine historisch beispiellose Abhängigkeit gezwungen von einem lausig frisierten Mafiadickie und seiner breitbeinigen Bande von Gesetzlosen, die mit klirrenden Sporen & rauchenden Colts die transatlantischen Saloons dieser Welt durchschreiten. Unter dem atemlosen Jubel all derer, denen sie mit jedem ihrer Schritte üppig auf die Fresse geben (mit Anlauf).

JULIAN ASSANGE FILES CRIMINAL COMPLAINT AGAINST NOBEL FOUNDATION OVER “INSTRUMENT OF WAR” PEACE PRIZE

WikiLeaks Founder Alleges 2025 Award to María Corina Machado Constitutes Misappropriation, Facilitation of War Crimes Under Swedish Law, Seeks Freeze of 11 million SEK ($1.18 million USD) of Pending Transfers to Machado

STOCKHOLM — 11:00am CET December 17, 2025

Julian Assange today filed a criminal complaint in Sweden accusing 30 individuals associated with the Nobel Foundation, including its leadership, of committing serious suspected crimes, including the crime of gross misappropriation of funds, facilitation of war crimes and crimes against humanity, and the financing of the crime of aggression.

The complaint shows that Alfred Nobel's 1895 will explicitly mandates that the peace prize go to the individual who during the proceeding year “conferred the greatest benefit to humankind” by doing “the most or the best work for fraternity between nations, for the abolition or reduction of standing armies and for the holding and promotion of peace congresses.”

Assange argues that “The political decision of the Norwegian selection committee does not suspend the fiduciary duty of Swedish funds administrators”. “Any disbursement contradicting this mandate constitutes misappropriation from the endowment”.

The complaint, submitted simultaneously to the Swedish Economic Crime Authority (Ekobrottsmyndigheten) and the Swedish War Crimes Unit (Krigsbrottsenheten), states that the suspects, including Nobel Foundation Chair Astrid Söderbergh Widding and Executive Director Hanna Stjärne, converted “an instrument of peace into an instrument of war,” through suspected “serious criminality” including:

1) Breach of trust, gross misappropriation and conspiracy in relation to the pending 11 million SEK ($1.18 million) disbursement of the Peace prize monies to Maria Corina Machado, whose prior and ongoing actions categorically exclude her from the criteria set out in Alfred Nobel's will;

2) Facilitation of war crimes, including the crime of aggression and crimes against humanity, breaching Sweden's obligations under Article 25(3)(c) of the Rome Statute, because the accused are aware of Machado's incitement and endorsement of the U.S. commission of international crimes, and knew or ought to have known that the disbursement of Nobel monies would contribute to extrajudicial killings of civilians and shipwrecked survivors at sea and are in breach of their obligation to cease disbursements.

Assange notes that the members of the Nobel Foundation have previously exercised their supervisory authority over the prizes and their disbursements by withholding Literature Prize disbursements in 2018. “Failure to intervene here, despite U.S. war crimes off the Venezuelan coast and Machado’s key role in furthering aggression” incurs criminal liability.

“Alfred Nobel's endowment for peace cannot be spent on the promotion of war,” Assange states. The accused have concrete legal obligations because they are tasked with “ensuring the fulfillment of the intended purpose of Alfred Nobel’s will, that is, to end wars and war crimes, and not to enable them.”

MACHADO'S INCITEMENT OF THE LARGEST U.S. MILITARY BUILDUP SINCE THE IRAQ WAR MAKE HER CATEGORICALLY INELIGIBLE

The complaint notes how the Nobel announcement and ceremony have occurred in what military analysts describe as “the largest U.S. military deployment in the Caribbean since the Cuban Missile Crisis”—now exceeding 15,000 personnel, including the aircraft carrier USS Gerald R. Ford. The escalation continues as President Trump announced on December 10, two days after the Nobel ceremony, that U.S. strikes would be “starting by land.” The Venezuela strategy is part of what Trump’s Secretary for War, Peter Hegseth, calls a shift toward “maximum lethality, not tepid legality” and “going on the offence”.

Against this backdrop, Assange states that “Machado has continued to incite the Trump Administration to pursue its escalatory path”, including by entering into a conspiracy to give the U.S. administration access to $1.7 trillion in oil reserves and other natural resources through privatization once Maduro is ousted.

“Using her elevated position as the recipient of the Nobel Peace Prize, Machado may well have tipped the balance in favour of war, facilitated by the named suspects.” Assange states in the criminal complaint.

The complaint lists evidence of this incitement of U.S. military intervention, as well as praising Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's conduct in Gaza. Her statements include:

- “Military escalation may be the only way... the United States may need to intervene directly” (30 October 2025)
- Machado called U.S. military strikes on civilian vessels, which have killed at least 95 people to date, “justified” and “visionary”.
- Machado dedicated the prize to U.S. President Trump, because he “finally has put Venezuela... in terms of a priority for the United States national security”
- Historical statements including 2014 testimony before U.S. Congress where she said: “The only path left is the use of force”

The filing cites extensive third-party expert and institutional opposition to Machado receiving the award:

- 21 Norwegian peace organizations declared: “Machado is the opposite of a peace laureate.”
- Nobel Peace Prize laureate Adolfo Pérez Esquivel stated: “Giving the prize to someone who calls for foreign invasion is a mockery of Alfred Nobel's will.”
- The Peace Research Institute Oslo (PRIO) confirmed Machado “has called for military intervention in Venezuela.”

REQUESTED ACTION

The complaint notes that “There is a real risk that the funds derived from Nobel’s endowment have been or will be intentionally or negligently diverted from their charitable purpose to facilitate aggression, crimes against humanity, and war crimes.”

Assange requests that Swedish authorities:

1. Immediately freeze of the pending SEK 11,000,000 monetary prize transfer and any remaining related budget and secure return of the medal.
2. Investigate the named persons and Foundation officers and associated entities for breach of trust, facilitation of war crimes and crimes against humanity, and conspiracy.
3. Seize of board minutes, emails, group chats, financial records.
4. Interrogate Widding, Stjärne and other suspects.
5. Fully investigate domestically or refer the matter to the ICC (Rome Statute Art. 25(3)(c)).

“This complaint seeks the immediate freezing of all remaining funds and a full criminal investigation lest the Nobel Peace Prize be permanently converted from an instrument of peace into an instrument of war,” Assange concludes.

Der deutschlandweit bekannte Schauspieler, Kabarettist und Sänger Dieter Hallervorden wurde von dem Kapitän der Sunflower, einem der Schiffe der „Global Sumud Flotilla“, die derzeit im Mittelmeer unterwegs ist, um humanitäre Güter nach Gaza zu bringen, kontaktiert. Zwei Schiffe der Flottille, die Mehl, Babynahrung und Trinkwasser geladen hatten, wurden laut dem Kapitän ohne Vorwarnung von israelischen Drohnen angegriffen. Hallervorden sieht es laut eigenem Bekunden als seine „moralische Pflicht, mich auf die Seite dieser friedliebenden Menschen zu stellen“. Er tut dies in Form eines pointierten „Friedensappells“ 🕊️ – der es nicht an deutlicher Sprache fehlen lässt.

WIEDER ist Frau vonderLeyen in eine SMS-Affäre verwickelt. Und WIEDER hat sie SMS gelöscht.

Diesmal geht es um den Verkehr zwischen ihr und dem frz. Bananenrepublikaner & Staatspleitier Macron aus dem Jahr 2024. Beider Austausch fand vor dem Hintergrund massiver Bauernaufstände in Frankreich statt und soll den von vonderLeyen vorangetriebenen, im Nachbarland hingegen leidenschaftlich abgelehnten Mercosur-Deal zum Thema gehabt haben.

WIEDER ist es übrigens der (deutsche) Journalist Alexander Fanta („Follow the Money“), einer der letzten echten Vertreter seiner Zunft, der diesen neuen Skandal ausgelöst hat. Auf seine von der Kommission erst über 15 Monate dreist ignorierte (!) und schließlich WIEDER verweigerte (!) Offenlegungsanfrage hin hat die EU-Bürgerbeauftragte Teresa Anjinho vorgestern nun WIEDER eine Untersuchung eingeleitet, die natürlich WIEDER ins Leere laufen wird.

WIEDER behauptet die Kommission, „umfassend“ nach den Nachrichten „gesucht“ zu haben. WIEDER sind die unauffindbaren SMS gelöscht - diesmal angeblich gleich „automatisch“ durch den Messenger-Dienst Signal und Aktivierung des Modus für „flüchtige Nachrichten“. Und WIEDER ist Björn Seibert, einer von vonderLeyens ungewählten Hinterzimmerfuzzis, maßgeblich in den Löschvorgang involviert.

Fortwährend DASSELBE über vonderLeyen zu lesen, muss Sie mittlerweile ebenso langweilen wie es uns langweilt, fortwährend DASSELBE über sie schreiben zu müssen.

Doch sosehr man durch Gewöhnung und Abstumpfung auch versucht sein mag, die Ungeheuerlichkeiten ihrer Amtsführung einfach hinzunehmen, so muss man sich doch IMMER WIEDER vor Augen führen, was hier eigentlich geschieht. Jedesmal, wenn vdL & ihr ungewähltes Hinterzimmer SMS löschen, dann löschen sie eben nicht nur SMS. Sie löschen die Transparenz- und Rechenschaftspflichten von EU-Beamten & politischen Entscheidungsträgern. Sie löschen die Grundrechte von 450 Mio. EU-Bürgern. Sie löschen, was man einmal „Vierte Gewalt“, „freie Presse“ & „investigativen Journalismus“ nannte. Sie löschen EU-Verhaltenskodizes und verbindliche EU-Verträge. Sie löschen Demokratie & Rechtsstaatlichkeit.

Aus einem verbesserungsbedürftigen Laden, der sich einst feierlich der demokratischen Transparenz & vorbildhaften Bürgernähe verpflichtet hatte, hat vonderLeyen die wahrgewordene Dystopie der Machtverkommenheit gemacht: ein undurchsichtiges, von den EU-Bürgern nicht mehr kontrollierbares System, in dem eine rechenschaftsenthobene „Elite“ unbehelligt regiert - und über private, dem Souverän nie offengelegte Textnachrichten die ganz grossen Geschäfte (Pfizer, US-Fucking-Gas, Waffen) der ganz großen Politik (Handel, Zoll, Krieg) abwickelt.

Noch nie war die EU intransparenter, undemokratischer & autoritärer, als sie es heute ist.

Noch nie hat die (eigentlich mit regulatorischen Selbstreinigungskräften versehene) EU-Kommission es zugelassen, dass eine einzige Beamtin sich so offen wie unverschämt über alle demokratischen Gepflogenheiten, alle Bestimmungen des EU-Vertragswerks, ja selbst über die bindenden Entscheidungen der EU-Gerichte hinwegsetzt.
